Great location, not exactly a villa
The place is very clean and well maintained and tastefully decorated
It's not exactly a villa, it's more like 3 separate rooms in the same compound. The portable pool water was dirty. There would be random folks in the property sitting around. Not exactly value for money.

On Whole we enjoyed the stay you can even select this property if you come with your family.
Property was good and the host was great there is a restaurant just opposite to the property if you order food comes to your door step i really liked it. Anjuna Beach just 300m from the place where you can get water sports at better price than in Anjuna Beach.
Location: since we went in night the roads are narrow to drive car to the place. I expected 3 Bathrooms since they have 3 Bedrooms but they have only 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms.
