schönes haus

das haus war schön eingerichtet sauber und der gastgeber war immer freundlich. pool und außenanlage war sehr gut

frückstück war standart leider war die nachbar extrem laut, bagger, traktor rasenmähen bis abends und am we inkl. sonntag war etwas störend.

A very beautiful Bed&Breakfast, it has a nice authentic look without looking outdated. The pool(area) was also very nice. Because the property doesn't have a lot of rooms, it was always quite quiet by the pool. We had a great stay!

The place is great, it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect. The breakfast was very good, the kids loved it. The room fitted perfectly for our family of six, And marco answers all our requests immediately. the pool was a great way to end the hot days of travelling. The kids loved it. wonderful hotel with extremely polite and kind staff. Great location, a few minutes from Garda and half an hour from Verona. The room is clean, spacious and with everything you need. Marco (the owner of the hotel) was very hospitable, he even lent me his iron and made us breakfast earlier than it was scheduled. I will be happy to come back here again.

The room was spacious and clean, the house was charming. The pool is huge, and the garden is beautifully maintained. Having our breakfast in the garden was really nice. The wifi worked properly. The host was nice and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a fridge and a coffee machine in the room.

if you want to experience beautiful Lake Garda, is this the place you want to stay

A very quiet and comfortable place! Beautifully renovated property with spacious apartments. Our family with 2 children lived in an apartment over 2 floors. Well-functioning air conditioning and private kitchen with hob, fridge and freezer. Very lush and nice garden with a tempting and clean pool for adults and children.

The property is a bit remote, and you are completely dependent on a car to get to shops, grocery stores etc. Still, it is nice to come back to such a quiet place after hot mornings in the small towns around Lake Garda, Verona, Milan etc.

stayed here for a stopover on a long road trip. great host, cool facilities with a nice pool. A really nice historical house. great breakfast, you smell the freshly-made cake in the house when you grab your first cup of coffee to enjoy in the garden!

Good accommodation with small flaws.

The accommodation is in a perfect location, the area is wonderful! Lots of more beautiful sights very close! The accommodation and the garden are very clean, well maintained.

Breakfast could be more varied. I don't like sweets, it was a bit boring to eat the same two kinds of food. The landlord was not really friendly. It’s a little uncomfortable that the bathroom is on a different level than the room. It can be dangerous at night. The garden stove could not be used.

We spent here 5 nights. After traveling in Milano, Bergamo and Como lake. This location and hotel is in very silent place between Verona and Garda lake. Very good location and wonderful hotel if you want to relax. Owner Marco caring and very perfect person. I would recomend everybody this hotel. I would return here again and again.

Beautiful building elegantly renovated in a peaceful location. Great swimming pool in a delightful garden setting. Lots of spaces outdoors for all sorts of activities to satisfy just about anybody. Very quiet and undisturbed outdoor space. Perfect for a special private event.

Such a shame there is no drinks/snacks service. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice and perhaps glass rather than plastic for the glasses. Great breakfast although an earlier start would be better.

Marco is really nice guy, who runs this business starting this year. He really wants to have your stay to be comfortable which makes a huge benefit when you are travelling with kids. The swimming pool is stunning, especially at night, you can use it all the time and there are no limitations, so night sessions are really cool. Appreciate his help on vinery selections, or local food strores.
