E ritornammo bimbi ad assaporar la semplicità del Natale!

Accogliente, calda.. con una propria anima..Si tocca con mano la passione che accompagna una gestione di tipo familiare. Ottima posizione.. Il proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile..

Semplicemente perfetto

Tutto semplicemente perfetto! Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, dedito a rendere il soggiorno dei suoi ospiti comodo e confortevole. L'appartamento pulitissimo, fornito di ogni comfort, letti molto comodi, cucina attrezzatissima con anche la macchinetta automatica del caffè molto apprezzata. Ottima la posizione in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura e a 5 minuti del centro. Torneremo sicuramente da Maurizio e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Relax

Un appartamento ben curato e spazioso con parcheggio privato a disposizione. Si trova in prossimità della zona fiere di Arezzo. Ma in 5 minuti d'auto.....o 20 minuti a piedi...ti trovi al centro storico di Arezzo Il proprietario disponibile e cordiale.

Eccezionale!!!Pulito,comodo e consigliatissimo!!!!

Sono stata lì una sola notte dovendo partecipare ad un concorso. Il locale si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro fiere e congressi di Arezzo,quindi comodissimo per chi deve recarsi lì. Impagabili la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario che mi ha aiutato anche a raggiungere il posto (avrei dovuto aspettare un ora in stazione a causa degli orari ridotti dei mezzi pubblici essendo un giorno festivo e mi è venuto a prendere direttamente lì)! Inoltre, pur non essendo prevista la colazione, mi ha lasciato a disposizione qualcosa per farla ( merendine,fette biscottate, caffè). La mansardina è molto accogliente e soprattutto molto pulita! Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!

Grazie ancora per la disponibilità e la per averci aspettato per il check-in ad un ora così tarda.

L'appartamento era veramente grande ed accogliente. L'arredamento tutto in stile antico/restaurato ed anche i colori delle varie camere erano intonate con l'arredamento (lo spugnato era veramente fatto bene). Il bagno era abbastanza grande (finalmente una doccia in cui riesci a muoverti senza far cadere nulla). Piccola chicca, che non ho visto nella descrizione dell'appartamento ma che segnalo perché mi sembra utile, per accedere ai locali si passa per un piccolo cortile con cancello dove è possibile parcheggiare la macchina (ci sono un paio di posti) oppure la moto ed avendo il cancello si ha una sicurezza in più rispetto a lasciare il mezzo parcheggiato in strada. Da segnalare anche la presenza di ben 3 climatizzatori (uno per camera da letto ed uno nel soggiorno).

Idéal pour visiter Arezzo et la région

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Maurizio, l’appartement très bien situé (à proximité de la ville et accès rapide à l'autoroute), propre, joliment décoré et très bien équipé, le calme et le parking privatif clos à côté du logement Il y a un excellent restaurant à 10 minutes à pied et un grand centre commercial à 3 minutes en voiture

Clean and tidy

Francesco the host gave us a warm welcome. The place is so clean and tidy. It was a good stop for us after a long drive.

Plenty of room, helpful hosts, a bit far from city center

Really helpful host. The place is huge, it's a full flat on the last floor of a small building, with a fully functional kitchen and plenty of room. Very recently renovated. Parking supereasy.

Not really close to the center, better have a car to get there. Breakfast could have been better.

Good place to stay when in beautifull Arezzo!

Spacious appartment, wery well equipped, clean fresh and well protected against mosquitoes. Carefull host and private parking. Very friendly for motobikers. Quiet neighborhood. Cofee machine and capsules free :-)

Minor thing, If it's not 35C outside, it probably won't be a problem either. The air condition is instaled in living room and it is not enough for the whole apartment. Fans in the bedrooms would solve the problem.

Cosy , comfortable loft apartment with kitchen, and balcony, and with a great host Maurizio.

Maurizio has received us upon our arrival with a smile, helped us with the luggage and ushered us to our apartment in the loft. This place has small but fully functional kitchen including a gas range and fridge and microwave and a coffee machine with a generous amount of coffee capsules. What a treat ! I have never stayed in a loft apartment like this one. Two thumbs up for the room arrangement. It did not feel small at all. The balcony was a bonus. Location wise we could not have asked for a better one outside of the old town. It took us 8 minutes to drive to the historic city centre. We like to walk, so actually we could have easily covered the distance on foot too. If in the area We will definitely book this place again. Thank you Maurizio.

An amazing place and host. Thank you Maurizio for the first class apartment and hospitality. I already can't wait to come back. From the tasteful decoration, the silence, cleanliness... A place where you feel home and relaxed. Maurizio and his wife are amazing. One of the best places I have stayed at. A perfect stay. Five stars +!
