Amazing family holiday in this beautiful villa.

The property was exceptional, finished to a very high standard and well maintained. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is very spacious and the grounds were huge. Labros and his family were great hosts and very attentive. All the staff work hard to keep the property clean and tidy for us and we’re all really friendly. We had an amazing holiday at Seirios and are looking to return in a few years time.

There were no negatives.

Just got back and have just booked again for next year!

Wow, this villa is everything and more. Villa itself spotless and new feel, better than the photos even. Pool and gardens and villa maintained daily, everything you need inside and more Location is 4 mins to beach walking, 4mins tavernas and small drives to other local tavernas, 5 min drive from airport (do not worry about the airport being close, its great to see the planes coming in and no late night flights or early morning ones) Have already booked for next year - I almost don't want people to know about this find so can keep it for myself!!!

A fantastic family holiday had by all! We would love to visit again in the future!

The property was wonderful. It looked fabulous both inside and out. The Villa was very clean, had all we needed for our stay and the pool/outside area was relaxing and a perfect size for our family. We spent a lot of time out there! It was great watching the planes land and enjoying the sea view from the first floor balcony. The personal touches from the owner really made the stay. The wine and chilled water on arriveal, breakfast and ice cream personally delivered during the week and organising early check in/late check out were all so kind and very much appreciated. Thank you.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

What a great holiday

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this villa and my wife and I had an outstanding stay. The villa itself is very well equipped and is in a lovely position approx 5minute walk to the beach and 4 tavernas, a cocktaill/snack bar, and a beach bar. The private swimming pool is perfect for cooling down and is very well maintained. The landscaping and gardens are beautifully kept too. Although very close to the airport, the aircraft noise didn't affect our stay. The owner, Labros welcomed us on our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the villa and answered all our questions. He also came midweek to make sure all was ok and gave us some local breakfast pastries which was a lovely touch. There was daily housekeeping which included bins being emptied and beds being made. To summarise...we had a perfect week and would return without any hesitation. Thankyou Labros

I absolutely cannot fault my stay here. Labros was an amazing host and this villa was beautiful. Its very modern, clean, light and airy. The property is large with a huge garden and decent sized pool, the bbq was a nice touch too, we used this every day! The villa is located a very short walk to a almost private beach.. It has crystal clear blue waters., It's so pretty. There are a few restaurants/bars and shops nearby which suited us. However, you can go to the hotel up the road and book taxis should you need to go into the main city. We did this a few times to go to the butchers and to book our private boat trip. If you're looking to hire a private sailing yacht, i cannot recommend Balboa Sailing Yacht Charter enough. Graham, Maria and Harriet (the cat) are the best! Overall, the best stay in Kefalonia and me and my friends will be returning!

We had a memorable holiday ,made more memorable by such a lovely house brilliant host and Kefalonia

The property was a dream every thing we needed was there.You could see that the owner had put a lot off love in making it into an unforgettable holiday experience .The owner brought us cake one day and also a homemade Greek cheese pie they were both delicious.The gardens are immaculate and tendered with great care. The pool was a big hit with our grandchild and also us.Just a few metres walk away is a lovely sandy beach 3 Restaurants serving lovely Greek food,also a small shop.There is also a bus stop which we didn’t us but it ran about every hour.

Beautiful setting and luxurious modern clean villa with very high standard of fittings and fixtures. Very comfortable beds. The pool was amazing and spotlessly clean too . Nothing was too much trouble for Labros and his family they even gave us a home made greek dinner one evening which was delicious..The beds and towels are changed regularly it was truely lovely we hired a car and drove around the island which I highly recommend as it is so beautiful with lots of unspoilt beaches I can't recommend enough and we have already booked in with Labros for next year thank you so much for a wonderful holiday

Perfect & relaxing! We will definetely return to the island and stay in one of Labros’ villas. Perfect host & am

The villa was perfect in every way. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Vivian with some local wine followed by a greeting from Labros with a homemade cheese pie and bread. Labros & Vivian were fantastic hosts ensuring we had everything we needed, they were both just a text away if we needed anything. They also left a print out of recommendations which was great. Inside the Villa the interior was lovely, modern & bright, it was equipped with everything you could possibly need and spacious! The location is perfect, you are walking distance from a local beach that it lovely, there are also a selection of restaurants within walking distance and 2 shops that have everything you need. There was also an ATM machine should you need it and a bus stop at the end of the road.

A wonderful relaxing holiday

The location of the property is great. There is a great shallow beach within walking distance and a few Taverna’s nearby to enjoy. The property is very clean, the pool was fantastic and clean. Labros is a fantastic host who brought us a lovely homemade cheese pie and some gorgeous patisserie’s. He was also very helpful with information about the island. The villa is on the flight path, but this did not bother us at all.

Absolutely fabulous

The owner labros was wonderful, nothing was to much trouble, we had a late flight and he was waiting for us at the villa, there was lovely cold water ,beer and a bottle of wine there for us,a couple of day's later he came over to check everything was OK and brought some delicious pastries and an amazing home made cheese pie, the villa itself is superb honestly can not fault it in any way, everything you need for a peaceful holiday, it was our 4th visit to svoronata and as usual we had a wonderful time, thank you labros

Beautiful

Beautiful villa perfect for us and our children. Our children loved the planes flying overhead which were only occasional during the daytime. The pool was a fantastic size and so clean, and the villa so modern and decorated beautifully. Labros left us with a lot of information about the town and brought us gifts during our stay for which we are very grateful. Ammes beach was Gorgeous clear water and lovely sand. The town itself was obviously quiet due to the current situation but it was still a Lovely atmosphere and as usual we found Greek people could not do enough for us. We intend to come back but next time would hire a car as taxis, although helpful, fairly priced and reliable became a bit expensive and next time we would explore the island with our own car. Turtles in the morning at Argostoli highly recommended. Beautiful island. Thank you Labros we will be back.
