Close to the airport

Difficult to find parking in the street, decor was dated, all doors squeaked and woke others up.

Villino carino e confortevole.

I bagni sono veramente piccoli, era preferibile realizzarne uno comodo piuttosto che due. Purtroppo non è possibile parcheggiare dentro la struttura ed il parcheggio in strada (molto piccola) è difficile e non si trova facilmente.

A nice stay! Enjoyed the local restaurant which was recommended by the host Airport is 15 min. away

Easy check-in with Gabriel. The place is close to the airport in a family neighbourhood. The host lived nearby in case we needed anything. The place was very clean and the host generously provided coffee, milk, juice, pasteries and water for our breakfast.

The beds were not that comfortable. One single bed was comfortable, but the other two were so soft, it was like sleeping in a ditch. The master bedroom beds were very firm. Bathroom showers were very small. Toilet seat needs to be better anchored...easy fix.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito 2 bagni sono il top. Cucina corredata di tutto quello che serve. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. A metà del soggiorno abbiamo chiesto l’integrazione delle capsule di caffè e delle fette biscottate (abbiamo consumato essenzialmente quelle). Il proprietario non solo ci ha portato delle confezioni intere ma ci ha anche cambiato gli asciugamani spontaneamente. Inoltre il nostro è stato un viaggio di lavoro per esposizione ad una fiera e si è mostrato molto disponibile a ricevere dei nostri pacchi. Sicuramente torneremo per la prossima edizione.

Pleasant, well-equipped home

The hosts were flexible to receive us at 9.30 pm (originally I had booked another property nearby but we would have had to check-in before 8 pm and as we were travelling by car from Budapest - 1200 km away - we would not have made it). The home is clean and spacious, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including toiletries, more than enough for 4 people. The typical Italian breakfast was a nice inclusion and saved us some time.

Vlasnik je jako ljubazan kao i cijela porodica. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju privatne kuce sa starim ali ocuvanim namjestajem. Kuca je blizu bus stanice, oko 20 minuta pjeske do centra Fiumicina. Aerodrom je udaljen oko 5 min voznje

It is super close to the airport. Gabriel was super accommodating. And the rooms were perfect for us.

The only thing we didn't like that much is that the shower area was a little bit small.

Only stayed one night.

Great accommodation, 3 large bedrooms. Host was extremely nice, and was waiting for us. Excellent breakfast (already in kitchen/fridge). Ideally located for visit to Ostia Antica and FCO.
