168 Stanpit is a lovely, single-storey cottage nestled on the waters edge, a stone's throw away from Christchurch town centre in Dorset. It offers two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, sleeping four people altogether. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast table, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with decking garden furniture and lawn area. 168 Stanpit offers a refreshing break by the sea.

Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: You have access to a private mooring at this property, where you can bring your kayaks, there are also 2 kayaks available for use upon request. Note: There is access to the waters edge from the garden, children to be supervised

No trip to Christchurch would be complete unless you have strolled down to the quayside or been on one of the regular boat trips along the River Stour. There's also plenty to do in the resort of Bournemouth, or venture into the New Forest National Park.

A gem of a find! Great accommodation and garden, our dog loved it. Very clean, well equipped, good location. Claire is lovely, very friendly welcome and personal touch of baking for us and our dog was greatly appreciated.
