168 Stanpit is a lovely, single-storey cottage nestled on the waters edge, a stone's throw away from Christchurch town centre in Dorset. It offers two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, sleeping four people altogether. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast table, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with decking garden furniture and lawn area. 168 Stanpit offers a refreshing break by the sea.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs,DVD player, CD player, wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden with decking garden furniture and lawn area, with charcoal BBQ available to use. 2 well-behaved dog's welcome, £15 per pet supplement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: You have access to a private mooring at this property, where you can bring your kayaks, there are also 2 kayaks available for use upon request. Note: There is access to the waters edge from the garden, children to be supervised
