About this apartment rental
The cosy penthouse on the fifth floor with lift is the ideal accommodation for those looking for a holiday full of tranquillity and comfort.
It consists of a spacious living room, a separate equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is also a double sofa-bed, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
From the living room there is access to a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. This terrace also has a dining table and sun loungers for relaxing, as well as awnings.
This flat has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
It is located right in the centre of Calafell, with bars, restaurants and other shops just a few steps away, as well as a few metres from the beach of Calafell. Crossing the train tracks, about 200m from the flat there is free parking, while 50 metres away there is a blue parking area.
This penthouse is ideal for couples or small families looking for a pleasant summer holiday.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
