This Peek A Boo OCEAN VIEW Condo is located very close to the beach in Seamist (was Sand and Surf ) Condominiums and is on the Second Floor. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean on your private balcony. The beach is about 200 yards away over a wooden boardwalk.
After a day at the beach you can relax and have a cocktail on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo is very close to town and is the perfect place for your family's vacation needs.

Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Nice location near the beach and beautiful views. The room had a couple of items needing repair (i.e. - chipped floor) but was otherwise nice. There was also dirt and dust around and behind the refrigerator.

Site was quieter than I expected. Few items could use some upgrades - clothes dryer does not dry very well - fridge/freezer could use some updated racks - site was very clean and perfect size for a couple.

The decor was hodge podge and tired with items needing replacing. Bath towels were very worn out. Supplies were very limited. Dishes were fine, flatware really old and tired. This place had the barest of basics, which they did state that in the listing. I was more put off my the dirty walls and fingerprints everywhere - doors, walls, TV lamenated menu was filthy, etc. In this time of Covid I expected more attention to cleanliness. The handrails on the outside staircase were raw, unsanded wood - watch out for splinters. Washer dryer needs deep cleaning or replacing. Shower could use better cleaning - grimy door tracks. On the positive, easy check in and check out. Great location with easy walk to the beach. A fun area to stay in. I own vacation rental property and I take great personal care of it so perhaps my perspective and expectations are different as to guest experience.

This condo has an excellent location. It is about 5 min walk to the beach via the boardwalk. You can bring a small wagon, load it up and take it there. Also, you can walk back to eat lunch and rest from the sun if you forgot your umbrella. The only thing I didn't realize at the time, that the bedroom is open and is the first thing you see as you come in. If you have 2 other guests sleeping in the living room or watching TV you would be able to hear them and the other way around. The long hall connects all the rooms with no walls. It is not a deal breaker thoguh.

This was our family's second time at this rental and it was even better than we remembered. It's in a perfect location and the property itself is great for a small family or couple. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT, BUT THE BED NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR WAS A LITTLE ODD. WE COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE SITTING OUTSIDE THE BALCONY TALKING ALL NIGHT. THEN IN THE MORNING, WE COULD HEAR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE LEAVING.

This is our 2nd time to stay at LaVilla Dulce...we have enjoyed the property, the pool, the closeness to the beach, the close proximity to the store and restaurants and just an overall great experience. We loved the proximity to the beach and pool. Plus, you’re just a short drive from the main drag, with fun restaurants and shops! We used this condo more as a home base than a hang-out spot, and that’s what I’d recommend with this location!

Dated interior, glass shower doors not clean, no shampoo/conditioner, or salt/pepper in kitchen. Bed comfortable. Decorations cute. Older building visible in the later pictures. But the location for the price was Amazing! Loved walking to the beach several times a day. Would be perfect for a young couple or small family

We loved staying here. It was just like the pictures posted online. Very close to the beach. We enjoyed walking everyday to the beach. Condo had all the amenities. With the pandemic, we brought our own food and didn’t have to eat out. This made us feel even better about going on vacation. Melissa was very nice and helpful! We will be staying here again!

Cute condo within walking distance to the beach. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, even a hand mixer! Roku’s on each tv with excellent internet. Melissa was very kind and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was adequate. It did smell as if it belonged to a smoker in the past. The furniture wasn’t comfortable and the linens need updating(bed linens were stained). A drawer face was missing in the kitchen. We were also instructed not to put the air conditioning below 75 which was a little warm. We went and bought a fan. We couldn’t locate the boardwalk to the beach.
