Comfortable room close to centre and harbour

Very comfortable large and clean room 5 min walk from centre. Excellent value for money. Shared bathroom clean and modern. There were two shower rooms. Coffee and other snacks in vending machines.

Nothing.. there a lot of stairs to the 2nd floor but that was not a problem for us.

Tussenstop in Felsborg

Wat een geweldige kamer, ruim, schoon en praktisch ingericht. Goed bed, grote spiegel, water op de kamer, tv (EKvoetbal). De frisse badjassen voor de gedeelde badkamer waren ideaal. Midden in de stad. Sleutelkastje ideaal. Snel antwoord via de mail.

Even 2 trappen op met je spullen. Parkeren lukt wel, maar even zoeken.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Kann ich empfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage und schön eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren außerdem sehr sauber und modern.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass unser Zimmer ein Notausgangszimmer war und man theoretisch mit einem Schlüssel, der in einem Glaskasten neben der Tür hing, immer ins Zimmer hätte kommen können.

Überraschend überwältigend

Ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet, dass die Unterkunft noch so neu war und so hell und angenehm ausgestattet. Für ein Bad auf dem Flur hätte ich dieses angenehme Ambiente nicht erwartet. Tatsächlich waren die drei Bäder sehr sauber, sehr groß angenehm eingerichtet und es war warm in den Fluren sowie ruhig im Haus. Dann die Entfernung zum Zentrum ein Traum. Für jemanden der nur übernachtet die perfekte Unterkunft, auch mit Hund der sogar eigne Trinknäpfe, Decke und Handtuch hatte.

Super Doppelzimmer mit einem Balkon, von den man die ganz sehen kann.

Im Doppelzimmer wäre ein einfaches Sofa toll gewesen.

Super nice and clean, modern and well located. The concept with the large room with no bathroom works well because there are plenty bathrooms with showers in the hallway, rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

Was a bit strange to never meet any staff but worked fine with key box.

Nice stay as a family of 5

The check-in was done with a key code in the entrance, free parking in front, good-sized rooms, clean and big shared bathrooms in front of the room, and vending machines in the lobby. The shared kitchen had a fridge which was a plus for us traveling with a toddler.

Omg, too much stairs with all our luggage. There is no elevator. The names of the rooms are written in german, which we don't know at all, so it was difficult to identify which was our room and which key card was ours to finally enter the building. I would recommend that for the next visitors they can send the room number in both languages.

Very good

The room was large and well furnished; the bed was comfortable; the view exceptional. Cleanliness of both the room and common areas was also excellent. The room was facing the port, and not the road - maybe thanks to that, I have to say that it was relatively quiet. Maybe I'm used to hostels, maybe the other guests were clean and tidy - but the shared bathrooms were not an issue at all. Also, having 3 for 7 rooms, it's difficult to find all of them full.

Sound proofing with the kitchen was very poor - being next to it, I was woken by other guests making breakfast at 6.30. Not great. The bathroom windows face the panorama, and do not cover much - especially at night with the light on, you're doing your business or showering with a gorgeous view (but this goes both ways); there is one bathroom withount windows if this is too much of an issue for you. As noted by others, getting to the room can be problematic if you have heavy luggage or physical issues: the boardinghouse is uphill from the city center and/or train station; also, I counted 25 stair steps from parking lot to road (optional, if you don't have a car to park or you come from the south), 13 from road to building entrance, and 48 from building entrance to actual boarding house entrance. In addition, the building entrance and internal stairwell is in desperate need of renovation.

Good location and convinient

The staff on the phone wasn't aware of the parking situation and they said it was okay and free to park in from of the building but it wasn't true. In the morning the people coming and going to the bathrooms make a lot of noise which doesn't allow you to sleep if your room is close, that was very unpleasant. :(

I can honestly totally recommend it!

It was super nice and clean, more than we expected. I usually hate shared bathrooms. so we were unsure whether we should book or not, but the standard and quality was so good that we didn't mind. Luckily, that there were not many guests, so we never had to wait for a bathroom, cutlery, or a free table. Wifi was great too. We wanted initially to stay only for a night and move somewhere else but after visiting the place, we decided to stay one more night. We didn't even need to change the room in spite of spontaneous booking - which is great.

Central location, clean, spacious, clear communication and fast response time. Overall, the hotel provides a very good price value and we were very happy with our stay.

Following things could be improved: The heating or insulation as it felt quite chilly next to the window over night, a shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, and card payment for the coffee maker and vending machines (Ironically, they recommend contactless payment on a Covid-19 poster that's attached to a vending machine only accepting coins).
