OK for an emergency stay (like mine was). Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

location. VERY close to where I needed to be.

The wifi is completely unusuable when on the bed, so I had to sleep on the couch. Even there the wifi service frequently went off and I had to wait for it to come back on. This happened at least a half dozen times in one day. I would not stay there more than 1 day because of the BAD wifi service

Great value, great location

Perfect location, perfect price. 24 hour desk is so helpful. Walking distance to everything you need, great bars and restaurants and it's safe. Big size apartment with a fully stocked kitchen and even a washing machine, everything well maintained and clean, lots of blankets and comfortable bed. Couch was also comfortable and you could sleep on it. The furniture is dated and it's like stepping back into the 80s, but it's functional and very comfortable so updating it purely for aesthetics would be wasteful. Definitely staying here every time I visit!

The street can be noisy below, bring earplugs and it's not a problem.

affordable place to sleep , but lacking good internet and general hot water

room very clean , door staff very helpful and open 24 hours, m-f room cleaning , big room with lots of area

internet was very slow for me , not fast enough to work. there was no real hot water except for the shower which had an on demand hot water heater but was no nearly as warm as real hot water a bit noisy area but that is what you would expect a lot of items in the kitchen but no true tea kettle in my kitchen for hot water

Spacy and cheap, but a bit old and noisy

Well located, walking distance to shops, malls, restaurants, cafes. A comfortable apartment, spacious living and dining room, large full kitchen with washer. Large bedroom with generous closets and drawers. Adequate for long term stay. Furniture is dated and in need of an interior upgrade.

The noise from the street, the windows are old and noise filters easy through these windows. The furniture is dated, and the apartment needs a refurbishment. However, it is spacious, and the location is great.

The location is great, but insist on get what you paid for

the location is excellent, really close to the Zona Rosa. The staff was friendly and attentive and helped us with our several problems.

The room and its facilities were old and rusty. So was the building. We didn’t feel quite comfortable inside, though the apartment was matching to the photos. The kitchenware should be renewed altogether, and so does the furniture. We ended up not cooking which was a shame (it was the main reason we got this place). The noise from the street was pretty loud, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for half of our stay, though the nice staff did fix it eventually.

Very spacious, easily accessible with public transport from the airport. Hot water in shower (not as easily to come by as one would think). Well equipped kitchen.

very big apartment in well located area.

old property that requires many repairs. Pots furnished in apartment were old and beatup. None would sit correctly on the stove range. Knives very dull and barely cut. Old wooden frame bed with very stiff mattress that gave me a back ache during our stay.

Good location at a reasonable cost - not so good if you need good WiFi.

The location was perfect for my needs and having a washing machine in the apartment was a pleasant surprise. It had almost all the items I needed to prepare meals and was close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation.

As many others have noted, the WiFi left much to be desired. You could only connect if you were near the front door or in the dining area, not in the living room or bedroom; and, it wasn't good enough for a simple zoom conference. Also, there was only cold water, except for the shower - which had an electric shower head to warm up the water.

I like the location of the hotel, parking inside and cafe and restaurant around.

I don't like the window having white stripe , it blocked the view. especially the streets view. it feels sad inside. The other thing I like gas oven and electric oven.
