Excepcional

Hotel excepcional y atención por parte de su dueña, Rosalina, de 10. Nos dieron habitación con galería, muy agradable para estar y descansar después de hacer turismo. También cuenta con dos salones para tomar algo al llegar, leer un libro, un juego de mesa... Desde el momento de la reserva, se pusieron en contacto para darnos indicaciones y ofrecernos su disponibilidad para recomendaciones. Una vez allí, hizo por vernos y saludarnos todos los días. Repetiría sin duda

Superb

It was so perfectly peaceful, with the tinkling of the cow bells and the chirping of the birds. This is one of the places just to be. The house was nicely decorated, with some places around to read, have a drink or talk. A really good breakfast with homemade marmelade which I liked very much is included in the package. All perfect.

There was nothing to complain about.

Perfect place to stop and discover the surrounding area.

The hosts were charming, the homemade and bottled cider was lovely, the dinner and breakfast were delicious and very generous. The room was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and we fell asleep to the sound of tinkling cowbells...in short, a perfect place to stop over on the Camino.

A pleasant surprise in an are of Spain we have never ventured into before .

What a warm welcome we received. Everything was ready and all facilities explained with the help of Google Translate. This is a charming small hotel with a sole aim of ensuring guests comfort and satisfaction.

Great experience for an overnight stay.

Superb location. Breakfast was OK but it was a little hard going due to my total lack of Spanish. Very traditionally Spanish. The local village was a delight. During my evening walk I was able to socialise with 2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 cows and their offspring, some goats, a field of horses, several cockerels. One or two humans also!

Wi-fi was fine and reasonably easy to connect from my 'phone using the 'q' code at reception (which contained the password). It might be slightly more difficult if you intend to use a lap top. My room had splendid views and a slim but useable balcony. However, the room was constrained by being very old and rustic, full of charm and character but no suitable space to use a lap-top.

Nice location and very nice staff!

a lovely location, wonderful views and very nice staff. nice common areas - only place to reach wifi which did not bother me. nice for walks or trips to coast or mountains.

I found the rooms very noisy, could hear people in other rooms, kids running on the stairs, water pressure ect. nothing a pair of earplugs could not fix.

I left my heart at Hotel Rural Valleoscura.

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Rural Valleoscura, which was the very best stay on our whole three week trip in Spain and Portugal. The accommodations were perfect! The room was lovely and very beautiful. The hosts were amazing. The food was excellent: a delicious breakfast and they offer the convenient option of dining there for dinner, which was also excellent. We loved our stay at this beautiful setting at this wonderful small hotel.

Exceptional

Beautiful location in small hamlet that was easy to access from A8 motorway. The hotel has character and is spotlessly clean. We had dinner at the hotel which was simple well cooked local ingredients, delicious and incredible value for money. I really enjoyed the sidre served. withWe were still full at breakfast time which meant we could not eat all the wonderful food put in front of us. The homemade yogurt znd cake are not to be missed even when the tummy is full. The mountain views are spectacular even in the rain.

Highly recommend!

Very quiet and cozy place. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner with pleanty of fresh local food and excellent coffee. Rosalina and Alberto was helpful and super friendly. We highly recommend this place to everyone. We feel like home here. Thank you so much Rosalina and Alberto for your hospitality!

Unexpectedly gorgeous farm hotel

Serenity of the countryside. Warm welcoming staff. Fabulous meals (dinner and breakfast). Comfortable and clean room.

Only: wifi did not reach our particular room. (It was fine on the terrace by the entrance. )

Wonderful to relax and explore Asturias

Very good an natural breakfast, nice dinner, and wonderful views to the mountains. Alberto and Rosalina are wonderful hosts, make you feel at home.

Wonderful stay in the countryside!

This is a delightful place to stay, and the hosts, Alberto and Rosalina, are so charming! Great value, and we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Really hated to leave!

Everything was perfect - well, except the WIFI connection was inconsistent, and non-existent in our room. However it was strong in our friends’ room.

A thoroughly successful stay

We loved our stay at Valleoscuru. The atmosphere created by the hosts was great, very hospitable and family. Very beautiful and idyllically situated village, delicous breakfast and dinner with a great variety to choose from, very clean, quiet location, very cosy furnishings, nice terrace and living rooms, great view on the fields outside right from the bed :)
