Good area with nice view but poor communication

Cleanliness Good wifi reception

- No oven even when oven was outlined in the description. - Poor communication with manager. We weren’t told how to return the keys after our stay

Amazing apartment, brilliant location, fantastic double balcony and great proximity to all the shops

Emmanuel was extremely helpful and efficient. On the first night I noted that there was no blind or curtain on the master bedroom window. I mentioned it to Emmanuel the next morning and he arranged for a maintenance man to come the next day and installed a black out curtain. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

There were no cleaning products in the apartment, we wanted some toilet cleaner/bleach and some disinfectant spray. Also, 2 toilet rolls in the master en suite wasn't enough for a 7 night stay we ran out after 4 days and had to buy more.

very modern comfortable accomodation which made our trip enjoyable

Although the property was meant to be sound proofed and have noise reduction, considerable noise enters the apartment from outside the main entrance door travelling directly into the main bedroom from the elevator foyer outside. There was a man in another apartment that left his apartment to smoke out on the public access balcony beside the elevator what felt like at least once hourly and at ridiculous hours throughout the night which meant very interrupted sleep during our stay each night as his door slammed each time as he exited and then re entered. This may also be trivial, but we there were no scissors in the apartment which we needed for opening some tough packaging.

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and right in the heart of Semaphore.

Location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the view. The apartment was very secure with a keycard lift. We stayed in the penthouse and loved how spacious it was. Would definitely come back and stay at Semaphore Splash.

Other apartment doors would slam very loudly, could be heard from inside the apartment. Needed a few more basics, ie, aluminium foil, cling wrap, platters, bread knife. Downstairs bathroom unfortunately smelt like sewerage, we had the door closed the whole time.

The accommodation was excellent

Excellent location close to our family and Semaphore beach and park.

We didn't have free Wi-Fi as advertised. There was no password at the accommodation, I sent owner a message with no response.

Large spacious apartment, kitchen and laundry on site. 2 balconies. Entrance from main street with lots of nearby shops and places to eat.

Great location and clean, roomy apartment

We loved our stay at Semaphore Splash! The apartment was large and clean with modern furnishings and all necessary facilities. Check in was simple and the location was excellent, close to the beach and with lots of dining options.

Small lounge chairs not comfortable and coffee machine would have been good, but everything else perfect.

The dishes in my apartment were dirty. There was some mouldy sum on the shower. The neighbours above me to the right where very very noisy

Amazing...would stay again!

We have stayed twice at the apartments and both times we have been impressed with the cleanliness, location, comfort and attentiveness of the host.

Cooking equipment could be expanded and knives that can cut!
