Beautiful beachfront condo with clean accommodations, breathtaking views, and direct beach access. Great amenities like a pool and Tiki Bar. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We loved our room! It was a perfect for the two of us! It was very cozy and had every thing we needed! We enjoyed all the staff and the Tiki Bar. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again!

Truly wonderful view and location!

The condo itself was very nice while the condo building was just ok (it’s being “updated” but it was pretty dated). You’re not coming to FL to hang in the lobby though... The condo room was updated, clean, and everything needed for a nice stay. The bed was firm but comfortable, the AC was able to get the condo nice and cold, the WiFi worked great, the shower was a little inconsistent but fine, and there were nice cubbies in the closet to put your clothing…. The star of the show though was the view and sound from the balcony which was what we came there for and it did not disappoint. I wanted a condo that was as close as I could be to the water to hear the waves. Day/night the tranquility of the waves was so relaxing. The beach was very nice and maintained. There are a lot of shells getting into/out of the water (may want to bring water shoes). There are a lot of sand dollars about 50 yards out into the water if you dig a little in the sand (2’ or so deep) you can find them. One of the greatest things we loved was the ability to rent the cabana’s on the beach that are owned by the Tiki bar and grill. They have an attendant from 9-5 to set them up. $40 for the full day. We spent the entire day at the beach under the cabana and stayed nice and cool with the breeze and listening to the ocean. There are a few restaurants that are walkable. We went to Caddy’s 3X during our stay which is a 10 minute (or less) walk down the beach. I would recommend this condo to others

Very pleased. Place was very clean. Lobby staff was excellent as well. Would stay again. Only recommendation would to have a couple hooks in bathrooom for clothing, etc. And a dust pan that the sand sweeps into better. Great stay!! 10/10.

Beautiful view of gulf right on beach. This listing should state its been a remodeled hotel room and not a condo. Small kitchenette? Closet space was limited. Half was cubbies and the other half was beach gear. Would've been nice to have a small iron/ironing board to give wardrobe a quick refresh. Unit is priced too high for what it is.

I'm not sure if Island Inn is updating, but office area and elevators were in disarray/under construction. Wasn't impressed with the drunk trashy clientele coming up to the Tiki Bar and using the Inn restrooms and pool that were NOT guests. Our cooler was even stolen from the pool area.
The room itself was good. Wasn't specified that no oven was there so made due making baked goods.
We will be exploring other areas on the gulf shores in the future.
No issues with Itrips. You all were helpful.

We had a wonderful time during our visit to the Treasure Island area. Our unit - on the top floor! - was clean and well appointed with what we would need for our stay; we were especially happy to see beach chairs and beach towels for our use on the gorgeous sand beaches. Sunsets from the balcony were awesome and you can watch the sunrise from the outer hallway door. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the morning while having breakfast. Also, check in was easy and quick. We would definitely come here again! Thank you!

Location, location, location! We walked the entire beach and this was perfect for us! Not crowded and plenty of parking! The view is amazing! The owners were messaging us before we could message them. And when we had a question they were super quick to respond!

Photos of the room were great. But we didn't feel we got what we paid for on arrival. Loved the location, the view, the beach, and the excursion discounts. Had we known about it ahead of time, we would have stayed long. This was a birthday trip, so we spent a little extra . The room was fine, if not extremely dated and showing the kind of caked-in dirt that years of wear and tear bring: black, dirty grout; old, old microwave; the really filthy chair/pull-out bed, which my son had to sleep in and won't soon forgive me for; the really cheap uncomfortable pillows; the hair dryer that was missing the cover to the heating elements, which I found out after my young son tried to use it-safety hazard; and if the floors were swept, they were still full of sand. It wouldn't be the first time I would have to sweep a sandy floor while on a beach vacation, but again, for the price of the room, we shouldn't have to sweep the moment we walk in the door. If that was all, I would have mentioned it. If you're going to charge what adds up to over $300/night for a room, maybe paint the rooms with more than a single coat, clean the grout, update the [1970s] appliances, clean the furniture or buy a new chair to replaced the filthy one. Even the nice Adirondack chairs and tables on the deck were caked with years of black dirt. When we asked if the room was ready early, it was not because maintenance and housekeeping were still there. I was a concerned that maintenance was there, but figured they'd have had a backup plan if there was a problem. We weren't alerted to any problems at check-in but found out later on that night that the warm water (not hot) would only come out of the tub spout, not the shower. So only cold showers were possible. We decided to grin and bear it since we were there for such a short period of time & didn't want to have to deal with maintenance. We weren't told there would be no hot running shower. In addition, we had to plan to stagger our showers because the water would get clogged to where if you took more than a two-minute shower or just washed up in the tub, the water would not go down (about calf deep). Yuk. It took about half an hour or an hour for the water to drain completely. And to boot, with all this filth, we were still expected to take out our own trash and wash dishes before we left. For nightly rate charged, even in season on the beach, that room was kind of gross.

We love the Island Inn, for its great location and its amenities (including a lovely pool and Tiki Bar). It's walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Room 607 was great for 2 people for 13 nights. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf while having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine for sunset. We didn't use them, but there are beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Looking forward to our next visit!

The location is GREAT! Check in was smooth. The pool was small but nice. The Tiki Bar was perfect! The view was spectacular.
The room itself was just not great. It was adequate. It’s like a Homewood Suites had a baby with a Motel 6. The bed was not comfy. The bathroom needs na upgrade- small toilet, shower is borderline gross with some mold looking stuff on edge and shower knob really needing replaced.
They don’t provide anything other than dishes, cooking supplies, salt and pepper- no frills. You should bring: extra trash bags, your own soap, shampoo, and coffee filters.
If this room were $100-125/night (especially off-season like now) it’ would be priced right. The value is low for what you get.

Just seconds off the beach this condo was clean and well equipped with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The management was very accommodating, and the onsite staff was friendly. The location is centrally located and there's lots to do around the area as well as many beaches nearby. We give it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely stay again.

View was amazing
although the room was executive level (listed), it really needed a few more upgrades (the white couch is very dirty, the AC unit might need upgrading, the dishwasher didn't seem to work?)
Customer service VERY attentive and came RIGHT AWAY.
Check in time was a little clueless.
Coordination with the front desk seemed almost non existent. I realize that is because condos are owned individually , but to a customer they want seamless service.
The Cost started out at $221 per night and I was certainly expecting taxes, but was not expecting 3 other charges (cleaning, VRBO, and other). this put the room well over $300
Hotel rooms overlooking the ocean range between $280 - $350 for "like" rooms.
This might be a better choice next time, because the room amenities are normally up to date and in most cases provide a little kitchenette as well.

Great beach view from this property. Cozy space for a couple. Easy check in and out process. We had concerns related to the hurricane the week before and the owners were easy and pleasant to work with.

Vacation
The location was good.. views where amazing...people who work at the island inn are nice.
The room... The bed is super super hard. We highly recommend leaving a mop, the floors were continuously dirty with sweeping it continuously. Over all, everything was great. Enjoyed the room with the company of the pool and tiki bar.

Anniversary trip
The location is perfect. We practically had the beach to ourselves. While there were chairs and other beach items to use in the condo we rented loungers and an umbrella from the vendor set up. The tiki bar served up fantastic drinks. The room was exactly as shown. The floor was sandy but it is the beach so it didn’t bother us. If you are thinking about renting this condo do it!!

Needs an upgrade!!!
We did enjoy our stay because the area is fantastic and we stay on Treasure Island a lot. I have to say that I am not very picky with places but I do have some complaints.
1) The bed and pillows are absolutely horrible. The bed is extremely hard and very uncomfortable. One of the reasons I chose this condo was because you had a king size. Both my husband and I had a very difficult time sleeping. The pillows are worse than hospital pillows. The sheets are super old and rough and didn't fit the bed at all. For the amount of money we spent, the bed should be comfortable.
2) There was sand inside on the floors. I understand that you are on the beach but we should not have to come into sand already being there.
3) It would be nice to have a Keurig and not an old coffee machine.
4) I am not sure the bathroom floor was swept because I found a dead bug and dust behind the door.
5) It would help to have power cord extenders because all the outlets behind the bed are very difficult to reach and most outlets are behind furniture.
6) You offered beach chairs on the site. I had to go buy beach chairs. There was 1 in the closet that was rusted and I had a hard time opening it. Again another reason we chose your condo, I had to spend another $150 on chairs, which I had to leave because I could not take them on the plane, which I should also get reimbursed for. I think that should be on a checklist for housekeeping or your management company to check. Renting on the beach is expensive for 2 people, so buying was less but should not have to be done when you say you have them.
7) Because the bathroom is small and the sink for this is on the outside, it would be nice to have some kind of shelf or small cabinet in the bathroom for storage.
8) There were 3 glasses and a cup with lipstick still on them. I understand guests are supposed to clean all dishes before leaving but again your cleaning people or management should be checking that
I hope the next guests like the beach chairs and the beer/white claw we left.

Works for a short stay
Ok. All conversations/issues were handled via text. The staff at the Island Inn was good. Only major concern, maintenance was spray painting the stair rails and the over spray got all over us and ruined both of our bathing suits!

Good location
We needed to fill in a few days before our long term rental was ready and chose this place because of the location. Love Vicky's tiki bar by the pool and the close proximity to our bars and restaurants.
Unit has a beautiful view of the gulf, can't beat the 6th floor. Unit was clean and had ample supply of towels, though no beach towels. Only disappointment was the beach chairs. They would more appropriately be called old camp chairs.

The room wasn’t as described.
Our room was in need of a number of repairs. The entry door is very hard to open, no screws in the bottom hinge. The wall near the entrance door and in the bathroom are torn up and have mold. The love seat is dirty as were the curtains and throw pillows. Sheets were old and worn.We may stay at Island Inn again, not this unit. For the price we paid, disappointing.

Fall Break
This condo really needs an update. Bed coverings, dishes, pots and pans, utensils need to be updated. I had to call maintenance because the headboard was coming off the bed. Beautiful location, but condo was not what we were expecting. Major disappointement.

Exactly as promised!
First time I have used this type of reservation system. It went really well. They send you emails throughout the waiting time so you don't feel forgotten. The unit and photos were exactly as promised! We needed help with the shower so we used the text number given and Brandon came really quick and showed us what to do! We only would like to suggest a twin size cover for the pull out bed because there was only a small knitted throw. Other than that we had a great stay and we would definitely recommend and come again!
