Nous avons passer un bon petit séjour :

La chambre est très propre. L’établissement est très bien placé Le prix de la chambre et du petit déjeuner compris est correcte . Nous avons manger au restaurant le soir c’est délicieux et le prix et vraiment raisonnable pour la qualité du service .

Le soir il y’a eu un peu de bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit car le bar se trouve juste dessous .

La vues est superbe et la terrasse en été doit être un régal.

Le petit déjeuné un effort est à faire qualité/ prix et sur les aliments proposé j'aurais apprécié un croissant au minimum

Hôtel restaurant Basque de grande qualité.

Très bon accueil, très bel emplacement vue sur les montagnes, restaurant avec des produits locaux excellents, hôtel confortable. Nous reviendrons. A recommander.

Ubicación perfecta, trato del personal mejorable.

La ubicación del hotel es buena para visitar la zona, cerca de la costa y de la montaña, así como de otros lugares de interés cultural. La habitación era amplia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las vistas desde la terraza que da acceso a la habitación, inmejorables.

El trato recibido por el personal del hotel/restaurante deja mucho que desear. Nos acompañaron hasta la habitación, nos entregaron las llaves y dieron por finalizado su trabajo. No nos explicaron los horarios para el desayuno, ni nos mostraron el hotel y mucho menos, nos ofrecieron información sobre la zona. Ningún interés por entendernos en nuestro idioma (pese a que se suponía que hablaban español). Uno de los camareros del bar y el chico de la limpieza (que además se encargaba de dar los desayunos), fueron los únicos amables y que nos echaron un cable. El desayuno es fijo, sólo puedes elegir la bebida. Si has elegido este sitio para descansar, olvidate: el hotel está encima del bar/restaurante y es un sitio muy concurrido, por lo que hay ambiente hasta las 2 de la madrugada.

Super Accueil, disponibilité des propriétaires, propreté du gite et le calme.

Accueil des nouveaux propriétaires super agréable et très commercial, Le diner du soir très agréable, serveur très pro.

Le petit déjeuner était correct, le seul petit "bémol" du séjour, la personne en charge de l'accueil...

a wonderful surprise, small hotel with amazing restaurant, great food and ambience

welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and great vibe in cafe/bar. the real surprise was the wonderful restaurant, fantastic views from the terrace and superb food, we ate so much it was all perfect. even on a Tuesday evening the place was bustling. lovely terrace outside the bedrooms. rather sorry we only booked for 1 night. we will return.

our sat nav took us to the wrong village, but found this hidden gem eventually.

Winter holiday in France

Wonderful view, although not from room unfortunately. Plenty of good safe parking. Quiet, peaceful village.

Hand basin was blocked. Sliding doors don't slide. End panel falling off door. Room needs some maintenance work. Full and dirty ash tray on balcony outside room.

The restaurant

Noisy music downstairs in the bar at night. There didn't seem to be enough storage space and we negotiated past boxes of whiskey bottles, water bottles, etc which gave the hotel an untidy feel and look. The 'wet' room became a flooded room

Good location

Very little choice locally for twin beds. Why oh why do hotels not have more twin bed rooms???? We were 6 guys on motorbikes - we don't want share a double bed

Great staff , location and excellent value.

Really friendly staff. We arrived at 930 pm after packing up our house to move and they were still serving food which is incredibly unusual in this part of rural France. The food was very tasty.

Would happily return

Beautiful situation. Friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. Our only regret was that it was a bit too chilly to eat outside but that was certainly not the hotel's fault:-)

The dinner menu (we were on the dinner, B&B formula) was a bit too restricted, but quality was good.
