Wir haben einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in Speyer und Heidelberg verbracht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, sehr zentral direkt vor der Fußgängerzone. Frühstück war sehr gut. Direkt am Hotel pkw-Stellplätze.

Es war alles bestens.

Schöne Zeit in Speyer bei angenehmer Übernachtung

Das Frühstück war für ein 3 Sterne Superior Hotel ausreichend und vielfältig, das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvor kommend, die Lage des Hotels mit eignem Parkplatz war sehr Nahe der Innenstadt. Alles war in Kürze erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß mit Klimaanlage

Im Zimmer wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit Getränken bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad angebracht gewesen; jedoch mindestens ein Getränkeautomat im Flur

Excellent base to explore Speyer and the wine country.

Spacious room with two chairs, and excellent shower room with two washbasins and a bidet. Staff very friendly.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück tiptop. Lage sehr gut. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sehr nahe am Hotel.

Nur das Bettgestell hat etwas gewackelt und deswegen Geräusche von sich gegeben.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Speyer

Das Frühstück war gut, auf Wunsch hat man Spiegel- und Rührei bekommen. Es gab eine sehr gute, frische Auswahl an Brötchen, Wurst und Käse. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt im Zentrum.

Ich wünschte es hätte mehr Kosmetikartikel im Badezimmer gegeben, z.b. Spülung, Körperlotion und Kosmetiktücher.

They make you feel special

I was made to feel very welcome the moment I arrived. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very well supplied, the freshly made fruit salad being extremely popular for a reason. Everything was fresh and presented in an appetizing way. Staff was quick to cater to anyobe's needs. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel offers excellent service, great food and outstanding ambience.

The bed was not so much to my liking. It was very low and the mattress sloped to one side - it might help to turn it over. I did sleep well, though.

Room has no A/C. No ventillation. Corridors has AC. I wonder how they solve the heating in cold season. Breakfast is so -so. Invoice is hand written(!) in 21 century. On top of that still nice place but pricing is high due to these.

Located within walking distance of the old town, beautiful small boutique hotel

Located within walking distance of the old town, beautiful small boutique hotel. We were able to park the motorcycles in the courtyard of the hotel which was locked in the evening. The room was large, very clean and had air conditioning, which was a bonus as it was 29 degrees outside. The bathroom was large and also very clean. The hotel bar area is stunning with ivy strewn walls and cobbled paving, and has a small bar / restaurant also located next door. Breakfast was plentiful and was lovely to sit outside. Highly recommended.

Better than some overpriced alternatives in town

Friendly staff at the front desk, simple but cozy room, centrally located. Public parking (4.50 Euro per day) garage close to the hotel. Breakfast was OK.

Check-out time could be a little later than at 11am.

The location was perfect for the town centre. There is parking close to the hotel and a good choice of restaurant's if you don't want to eat in the hotel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space.

The only problem I had was being able to hear other people in their rooms. This was irritating and led to a lack of sleep.

Hotel Goldener Angel near Old town

The lift, big enough for 2 p. so it's ok with a small baggage. Better than none. The public car park is 200m away.
