It was faultless. A lovely stay

Comfortable place to stay. Exactly what we wanted.
There were some ants in the room.

Room was unique and private and an ideal setting for me to work from.
Very well presented. Clean and some unexpected goodies like Kingston biscuits, a sensational orange juice and delicious muesli.
Hosts Steve and Allie are very nice people.
Having your own off street parking space was a bonus.
Never been to East Maitland before. Many beautiful period homes that are lovingly looked after, just like the host's house
There are 13 steps up to the room so something to keep in mind for those who have difficulty with stairs or who are superstitious

Location, neat and tidy, some breakfast provided
Just a small issue with a very dusty and noisy overhead fan

History on display and tasteful, quality renovations in old buildings. Accessible to places for shopping and historical visits. The William Arnott Hotel was lovely and the decor was quirky and imaginative. The Loft was really comfortable and welcoming. Both are full of personality.
Some of the lighting at William Arnott was too low to see the style of the rooms at their best.

Great location with a perfect sized room for two had an amazing time would reconnect to all
