Alle var meget flinke og søde, fin morgenmad, p-plads med i prisen.👍😊

Der var ventilation i rummet vi ikke kunne slå fra og der var kun natlampe ved den ene seng….

At vi ikke blev forstyrret mere

Hvad sker der for at man efter har betalt alt hjemmefra - også stå kl. midnat og så lige pludselig skal betale depositum på 500kr - det var dybt frusterende - da vi ikke havde betalingskort med os da vi var nygifte og ankom direkte fra vores fest…. Kan kun sige jeg er DYBT SKUFFET…. P.s. der har intet stået om nogle steder da vi købte online.

Udemærket når man har behov for en overnatning og skal videre.

Der var pænt rent

At der ikke var oplysning/ overblik da brandalarm gik kl 6.00 - der blev ikke orienteret om hvor man skulle samles eller at vi kun gå tilbage på værelserne. Måtte selv spørger. Ikke det mest spændnende morgenmad.

Morgenmad var ok udvalg men det var koldt, selv kl 7 om morgenen. Fri parkering

Uvenligt personale, mange der ikke kan dansk, hvilket kan være en udfordring. Uvenligt personale i reception. Personalet holder sig for sig selv, ingen kontakt til gæsterne når de kommer og går, har mere travlt med at kigge telefon. Datovarer i minibar (fotodokumentation, sodavand udløb i 2023) Skimmel i badeværelse (fotodokumentation) Papirkurv ikke tømt ved check in Ingen håndsæbe på badeværelse Slidt inventar (fotodokumentation) Uvenlig chat med kundeservice (fotodokumentation) Til-kalket bruser (fotodokumentation) Ingen fri wifi Dyr mad i bar og restaurant og dårlig kvalitet, sejt kød. Ingen mulighed for at købe fadøl i baren Toget køre lige bag hotellet 24/7 Stjernerne er desværre kun til pynt. Virkelig skuffet til en pris på knap 1.000kr pr nat.

Beautiful hotel,good breakfast,good staff! location meh

We only stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and were lots of options to choose from. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The location. It's a bit far from Copenhagen but if you get ahold of the metro it's not that hard or far after. Also after showering the water was everywhere and had to use small towels to clean a bit until it dried itself,other than that it was good. I'm also waiting for my money ,they charged me 500dkk in case we'd use a minibar which we did not use,so waiting for the "refund" i guess

Not good since I could not sleep.

Nothing worth to mention.

1. The room had a wet carpet. 2. The room was right by the ventilation system going up to the compresor of the facilities which means that I could not sleep because of the noises and vibrations coming from the bathroom.

Her kommer vi gerne igen

Morgenmaden var utrolig lækker (Der var ALT + lidt mere). Stort og rent værelse. Endvidere var der gratis parkering.

Restauranten havde lukket. (Vidste vi godt) . . stadig lidt ØV, med det menukort.

God placering

Dårlige senge, dårlige “dyner” og selvom mad har betalt og ikke skal have kortet med, så skal man stadig betale et depositum når man kommer. Jeg havde ikke fået mit kort med og var lige ved at blive smidt ud, selvom jeg allerede havde betalt for et værelse.

Disappointing.

I needed an extra 15 to 30 minutes after the normal checkout time to fulfill the purpose of my trip. It was suggested that I ask in reception in the morning. Receptionist was totally inflexible and told me that if I didn't hand my key in to desk by 11am I would be charged 500 DSK. This made the whole morning stressful, and had to leave my room without packing my bags properly. I was subsequently told by another receptionist at 11am that an extra 30 minutes would not have been a problem.

A Hotel Glostrup. Give it a try,it will surprise you!

Nice modern Hotel, extraordinary friendly staff. Rooms have space and looking recently overhauled.

Breakfast was not included, no worries as I normally not have breakfast at all, but free coffee/tea in the morning would be very nice. Second thing: the LED of the smoke detector is way too bright. Illuminated the whole room every 2 seconds. Would be grateful to dimm it a little.
