Für den gehobenen Preis angemessen. Service sehr nett.

Frühstück ist mehr für Menschen geeignet die gerne warm essen. Der Onsen war wirklich toll. Es wäre noch schöner, wenn die Scheiben nicht bis oben hin mit einem Sichtschutz zugeklebt wären.

Das auf den Balkonen geraucht wurde und der Rauch ins Zimmer gezogen ist. Die Betten und Kissen in Japan sind mir einfach generell viel zu hart.

Great location, but unlikely to stay again. Maybe for the right price and in a king room.

The roof top Onsen is awesome. The men’s room has a clear view of Tokyo tower which makes for a great backdrop. Comfortable bed, good shower although super small, nice finishes in the room and good water pressure haha.

Breakfast isn’t great, I wouldn’t bother and just grab something out on your travels. The room I booked (balcony) wasn’t worth it. See attached. No chairs or anything on balcony, that overlooked a fairly large cemetery on the 4th floor. You also have to set over the couch to even get to the balcony door. Definitely not worth it unless you absolutely need fresh air.

Excellent hotel to experience high rise central Tokyo. Without excessive cost

Great Location, easy access to metro and interesting local streets. Dramatic city view. We were given a top floor room as requested. Fast lift. Rooftop onsen was relaxing. Good value. Big beds. Easy access to Haneda airport.

Rooms were a little snug. More space for luggage would have been handy.

Convenient and near to the train and very comfortable with spa service(like onsen) breakfast is like buffer style. Staffs can speak good English very friendly. Will come back again

Extremely costly for what the hotel offers

I found the hotel very average for how costly it is. I tried to contact the hotel before arriving to modify my booking but they did not bother to answer my calls or emails. The location is great, but for that amount of money, you can stay in a much better hotel.

decadent onsen roof experience with a comfortable stay in an OUTSTANDING location.

overall it was just amazing, can't say enough. but the rooftop onsen and steam room - wow, i don't think i would even want to stay in tokyo without having this as part of the deal. it was outstanding!

it would have been nice to be able to just grab a croissant (they allow you take the coffee) upstairs from the breakfast to my husband as he loves to not always come down to breakfast but it is not allowed. It seems like as long as they restricted it (bread basket items only, lets say) than this would be a. nice compromise. Please consider this and that would really take it over the top!

As a family sharing 2 rooms this was great. Close to everything.

This was our 2nd stay. We like the location and we like the facilities and quality of the rooms. We also love the onsen.

Good location, comfy, safe and onsen was a definite bonus

Hotel completely met our needs. Rooms were clean and good size for tokyo I expect! Lovely view of skyline. Onsen was fab, I used it every morning and it was never busy. 2 mins walk from station. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend

뚜벅이 도쿄 여행은 'CANDEO' 호텔 노천탕이 최고입니다.

도쿄여행은 역시 'CANDEO' 입니다. 우선 '롯폰기' 전철역과 매우 가깝습니다. 또, 호텔앞 식당들이 많아 언제든 이용가능합니다. 무엇보다 'CANDEO'의 최고 장점은 '스파' 입니다. 낮시간 동안의 여행 피로를 아침/저녁으로 이용할수 있는 스파, 게다가 겨울철 별미 '노천탕' 이 있어 최고입니다.

특별히 아쉬움이 없는 호텔입니다. 다만, 다른 비즈니스 호텔급에 비하면 가격이 싸지는 않습니다.

The staff was amazing. So polite and helpful. The hotel is lovely, if you pick a room with Tower view you will a beautiful, romantic view from your window.

Position near the station. Baths and sauna. Comfortable small room and good air conditioner

Late check in. I think it’s 3pm even if the room is ready. They charge about $20 for every hour you check in early.

Excellent location very near Roppongi station and access to the whole city of Tokyo. Breakfast was wonderful.

Good for a short stay with a good location to the airport in 30 minutes.

The open air bath is really cool. You can look over Tokyo a bit. Had everything you would expect. Was clean and the staff was really nice! We had a good 1 night stay before flying back home. Breakfast was good as well.

The hotel seemed a bit dated to us. Was no problem to us though. The room had a couch and table we did not really need and it made unpacking our coffers hard as there was no real room to put them both. One had to be on the couch which we felt would only dirty the couch, but it could not be helped.

It's not Candeo Kyoto.

Location is decent.

Rooms are old. Fixtures are tatty. Rooms are small. I asked if I could shower after I checked out (it was mid summer and I was long haul flying that night) and the lady looked dismissive and somehow shocked at my request. She had to be prompted to look online for a shower facility, before she directed me to a 5000 yen sauna/bath house which was unsuitable.
