About this villa rental

Charming quiet ideally located small villa in a green setting for max. 7 people (4 adults + 3 children) and 1 baby (children's park in parents' room), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is integrated in the largest room. Located at 300 m from the beach, 500 m from the center and 200 m from the coastal tram stop and 150 m from the protected dune domain Duin and Yde. The garden has an ideal South-West orientation, evening sun up to possibly 22 hours in spring / summer spring light. The house has a lot of light and is a little higher so that a pleasant light wind is possible. The garage serves as a storage place for: bring your own bicycles, garden furniture (8 garden chairs, a side table and 2 sun loungers), washing machine and dryer, freestanding dishwasher, iron, drying rack, BBQ equipment ... The residence contains 2 sofas for min 2 people each and 2 ottomans and coffee table and dining table for 7 people and present high chair to place. There is a TV with digital TV and WiFi available. The equipped kitchen adjacent to the residence has induction plates, all cooking utensils and crockery for a minimum of 8 people, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and an additional freezer. Garbage bags, dishes and dishwashing cubes are available. The cars (max. 2) can be parked in the driveway and are free, there is paid parking on the street. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a folding sofa for 2 children and a folding bed for 1 child. All mattresses are at least 10 cm thick and all duvets as pillows are also present. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, 1 of which is integrated into the largest room with a double bed and a children's park. In the other bathroom there is a 2nd toilet, the other toilet is separate and on the ground floor. in the large bathroom there is another foot bath. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented at an additional cost of 125 euros for the stay for 1 week, 150 euros for 2 weeks and 175 euros for 3 weeks, of which those rented towels are used exclusively for the home. There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa, outside it is allowed provided that all windows and doors are closed as there are smoke detectors. After 10 pm there is a silent injunction outside and when leaving the house all garden furniture must always be placed in the garage / storage. Ideal holiday home to relax and dream away in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Oostduinkerke. For a qualitative and varied holiday (walking / cycling / beach / ...) with the whole family. There are 2 subtropical swimming pools in the area (Sunparks at 3 km and Plopsa-aqua at 9 km) and amusement park Plopsaland at 9 km.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vom Grill über Geschirr und Waschmaschine ist alles da. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist eher 800 m als 300 m, aber auf jeden Fall nah. Für unsere Oma war der Weg allerdings zu Fuß zu weit. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir sind zwar gerade erst aus unserem Urlaub in Koksijde zurück gekommen, aber wir planen schon wieder einen erneuten Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und komfortablen Ferienhaus. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Absolut ruhige Lage, umgeben von grünen Gärten und wunderschönen Häusern/Villen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts (komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Induktionsherd, schönes Geschirr, große Terrasse, hübsche Einrichtung. Unsere Hunde konnten am endlos langen Strand herrlich toben. Wir geben 5 *****!!!

Haus mit guter Ausstattung, allerdings mit etwas kleinen Schlafzimmern. Strand- und Ortsnähe sowie die Anbindung der nahen Tram nach Oostende und Koksijde sind super.

lage in ruhiger wohn-/ferienhausgegend. fussweg zum tollen strand ca. 500m. grill, waschmaschine, trockner, geschirrspülmaschine, fernseher und wifi vorhanden. leichte abnutzungserscheinungen an wänden, böden und einbauschränken. sonstige möbel jedoch ziemlich neu. bequeme betten.(achtung: riesige bettdecken) stühle, sonnenliegen und tische für den garten vorhanden, aber nicht von uns genutzt. die garage ist nicht für das auto nutzbar, aber mit separatem eingang und durchgangstüre ins haus als lagerraum für die strandsachen sehr praktisch. netter kontakt mit dem vermieter, der sich bei kleineren problemen sofort gekümmert hat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Kommunikation des Gastgebers. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ,,mitten im Grünen,, würde ich so nicht bestätigen. Es ist ein freistehendes Haus mit Garten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Leider war 2 Häuser weiter eine Baustelle die mich persönlich sehr gestört hat, denn ich wollte Ruhe im Urlaub. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca 500m lang und geht über eine große Straße mit Straßenbahn. Dieses störte uns nicht. Der Strand ist sehr schön, sauber und Hundefreundlich (ab 15.9. dürfen Hunde überall hin) Wer die Natur sucht ist jedoch in dieser Gegend nicht so gut aufgehoben, mir war es zu wenig Ruhe aber ich bin da auch etwas empfindlich😂. Der Preis des Hauses in der Lage ist meiner Meinung nach zu hoch angesetzt. Zusammenfassend war es für uns ein 3 1/2 Sterne Urlaub und aufgrund unseres sehr spontanen Reiseplanung bis auf Preis und Baustelle völlig ok. Der Vermieter plus Familie sind sehr lieb und bemüht, wir wünschen Ihnen vom Herzen alles Gute 💚🙏.
