I think its still good.

The staff are kind, the hotel is clean.

No choices for breakfast. The cafe is closed. Noisy kids in the hallway. I stayed for work but there were kids during my stay playing in the hallway. Also, the wifi is weak. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The sheets were especially nice we wanted to know who the suppliers were.

Bicol Experience

The staff are very friendly and helpful and you have a very good view of Mayon from their roof deck.

Because they have no elevator, it's not recommended for senior citizens who has problems with stairs. Although the food is good, they only serve 1 kind for breakfast, no other options.

Very good

The rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. It's quiet at night. There is a roof top where you can view the mayon volcano. Bathrooms are clean. With heaters. My husband love that there is a flowerhorn on the 2nd floor. As he also takes care of one at home. There's only 1 power socket. But you can request for an extension.

The parking is too small. Some customers need to park beside the road. A bit far from the nearest stores like 7/11. Have to do a 5 minute walk to the nearest one. Saw a cockroach on the hallway. Too many ants. If you throw something in the trashbins, ants will definetly be there. Need to upgrade your airconditioning, specially with the rooms in front. The heat just comes in since the front have glass for walls. With tv, but no local channels.

No elevator WiFi was slower than a snail in reverse Only one power outlet so you can either charge your phone or watch TV The included breakfast was good but there was no choice , it was fried chicken or nothing

It was a very beautiful stay.

The staff was really accomodating, even going out of their way to meet your needs.

Too much stairs! There is something wrong with the bathroom although they promised to look into the problem. There was too much sounds of constant hammering and other construction works going on. The weather was too hot so the noise increased the discomfort

Friendly Staff

No telephone, bidet water smells bad. We left the room with aircon open when we came back its turned off. I felt someone entered our room to turn it off. had to go down from 3rd floor to lobby just to order something , very tiring

Mega Superb!

The staff are super nice and super welcoming. It's one of the best hotel in town that you can ever have in a very reasonable price.

It was good.

It is located near the famous tourist Spots: Daraga Church, Casagwa Ruins, the view of Mr. Mayon. you can also find convenience stores nearby where you can buy somw essentials

Given the situation and the pandemic, there should be other places to consider on our next trip.

The frontdesk personnel were accommodating and the place seemed cool when we got in. So everything was fine. They even let me pay later as they did not have the card payment system.

As stated on the plus, this guy apparently in charge of parking was very loud and behaved oddly when asked about parking which the property agreed to before we even got there. We were told we did not made reservations. Then we saw the rooms where the airconditioning units were placed behind a zocalo above the bed headboard. Caused me a headache. The bathrooms were tight and the water was really hard.

A place to crash for the night

Location to Mayon Volcano excellent and plenty other shops around.

Room was old and bathroom wasn’t nice toilet barely could flush.

Everything as the staff gave thier best to accomodate the costomer..so very nice.Even that our travel after the typhoon hit Daraga but instead the management accommodate thier costumer nicely.The room still good.

Nothing i did not like.Since the staff the amenities still maintained and they are nice,friendly,very good.we are satisfied the place.
