This resort-style condominium is family owned/operated, in the channel and is within walking distance to...EVERYTHING!
We just updated our unit to sleep 6 people comfortably!

During the day keep your boat or jet ski on the beach for easy access or parked in the secured/gated parking lot. All new furniture is vacation-themed and sets the mood for a great stay at what is arguably the best address in Lake Havasu City.

Our condo has a water view, a big patio which is great for hanging out with family & friends, BBQing, and watching boats cruise through the channel!
The master suite has a california king bed, a big closet with mirrored doors, a TV with cable and DVD player, and a private full sized bathroom with shower/tub and a new stackable washer and dryer.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstand, (2) full over full sized bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and mirrored closet doors with its own bathroom across the hall.
The kitchen has a flattop oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker as well as cups, plates, pots, pans plus all the comforts of your home. We recently added a new kitchen island that provides more seating, storage and counter space.
The living room has NEW 65” smart flat screen TV! Which you can watch from an upgraded large and comfortable sofa.
We also just added a solid Oak wall unit that contains a luxurious queen size bed in addition to another closet for storing clothes and three drawers.
Play in the channel on the beach, or relax in the heated pool, this condo has everything you need for your next vacation in Lake Havasu!

Our unit is also wheelchair accessible!
We also welcome pets for and added fee.

Please try to avoid check in/check out on Saturdays.

Have stayed at the Kingsview Condominium numerous times and hands down this Condo was amazing. The Condo was very clean and plenty of room to sleep everyone in the family. My family & I had a great time and stay here at the condo & there was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep comfortably. We didn’t stay. We drove 6.5 hours to the location, walked into the condo, determined that it was not habitable and drove 6.5 hours home! The beds had no sheets.. oh wait they were on the floor of the bathroom in a dirty pile with the towels, the floor was dirty, the counters were dirty, the kitchen was dirty and the bathroom, well I will refrain from posting what the toilet looked like! The view from the balcony was a view of the rooftop in front of us.. but in reality that was the least of it. Honestly, I do not like posting bad reviews, and if the hosts were in anyway receptive, I probably would not have listed all that I have. When I texted them when I arrived I received no answer. It wasn’t until I called them that I received the response “well things happen, I guess. For all I know they had an accident. The cleaning crew did have a funeral last week!” Considering I was in contact a few days before we arrived, I would have appreciated it if the host had told me that they could not accommodate us this weekend. Although disappointing it would have been better than having my 93 year old father travel 13 hours in the car. The host did refund our money but claimed we decided to stay with friends instead. Not true! Maybe it was a bad week for the cleaning crew, and I do understand things happen but the lack of concern and communication were really the worst of it!

We really enjoyed our stay here but I wish I would have looked at the pictures closer. I thought this property was right on the sidewalk in front of the channel and on the far corner of the building. I was surprised to see other condo roof lines in front of our channel view and we were in the center of the building. We did appreciate the view of the bridge and even though it was understocked we still enjoyed ourselves on this 2 night stay.

The location was perfect to walk to the Village and London Bridge. We also had our doggies with us which had great walking paths under the London Bridge and to one of the replica lighthouses. Views from the condo of the London Bridge were lovely and this time of year at night showcased the holiday lights to really get you in the spirit. The condo was well equipped, super clean and well decorated. We will certainly come back in the future.

Property was exactly as advertised - lots of room and the patio was like nothing I had ever seen (strange that all the neighbors' patios were connected and divided by a very low wall, but it was incredibly spacious). The kitchen was stocked with all the basics for cooking - pots, pans, basic condiments, utensils, plates, cups - very convenient. It was within walking distance to the London Bridge and had a great view of the bridge and the waters from the patio. We visited during December so couldn't quite avail ourselves of the full benefits of the space, but I can definitely imagine that it would be a great place to hang out with family and friends during the warmer months. The connection for the TV was not the best, and wi-fi was a bit glitchy, but our family had fun here.

We spent Christmas here. The location is right on the inlet water way, the boardwalk to the London Bridge and its shops and restaurants. The other direction leads to a park. There is so much that is within walking distance! The area is dog welcoming with places to walk with your dog, even patios at restaurants that provide water bowls. The condo is great for family gatherings. There is ample sitting room and a table great for playing games. The patio is large with views of the London Bridge and the lake. We'll be back!

This was our first time staying here! The Condo location was perfect! We loved staying on the water! The host was amazing to work with and quick to reply to my questions! The property had everything we needed upon arrival from bathroom essentials to kitchen essentials including full soap containers, trash bags, brand new kitchen sponge! Plenty of paper goods, These are all things you need upon arrival and we did not have to waste time on our vacation to run out and get them! We loved the layout and large patio with so much patio furniture for everyone to sit and enjoy the lake view and sunset! The property was clean and tidy. I cannot wait to book again for next summer!!!

We rented in this complex years ago for a month and had a better experience. First, I didn’t realize that this unit isn’t right on the water. You can’t look out and see the beach. When you are on the patio and look out you see the condo in front of you. If you look left you can see the bridge. It’s super convenient to pick people up or drop them off at the beach. The unit is set up to sleep a lot of people, as advertised. The guest bedroom can sleep 6 but that room is SUPER hot! The AC doesn’t blow in that room. You also can not turn the AC down below 74. The main living area cools off and the master bedroom is tolerable, the guest room is not. Luckily we had a small group and we’re able to abandon the guest room. The first night my brother left and went to a hotel. I would say the bathrooms are on par with a Motel 6. We own a VRBO ourselves so I do understand the impact of a bad review. I was hesitant to write this but after contacting the owner she didn’t respond until after we left and once she did, not even an apology about the air.

What a wonderful rental in lake Havasu. Host were excellent and very responsive when needed. Property is well stocked which made Our 5 day stay extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. Balcony was even impressive with the amount of seating available. We ended up not brining our dogs but loved that the balcony was enclosed to keep pets and children safe. Views of the London bridge were gorgeous. Unit was a convenient walk to the bridge water chanel with plenty of space to set up canopy’s and pull up boat for a day on the water. Available washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus! Rooms were spacious. We will definitely request to book this unit again. Thank you YL and family for opening your home up to us.

The unit was nice. A little bit dated but we were confortable. We asked for and were granted an early check in at 2pm. When we got there the unit had not yet been cleaned. We were asked to leave and come back at 4pm. Still not clean she got there at 5pm to clean and took her almost 2 hours. Kind of a wasted.afternoon.

We had a great time and this unit was very nice for everyone in our group. The beds and linens are comfortable, even the Murphy Bed! The kitchen is well equipped if you plan on cooking. This is our second time staying here and would stay again.

Out of the 3 places we stayed in Lake Havasu this summer, this was by far the best. More than enough room for our large family, even for little ones if you have them. Kitchen had all you needed , pots, pans, utensils.. even a bbq on large outside Patio. Clean, nice decor , great views of London Bridge, the lake and surrounding mountains. Easy access to shops, dinner and of course the lake!

This condo was perfectly located near everything we needed or wanted. Within minutes to beach. Minutes to the best restaurants and walking distance to local shops to buy souvenirs or whatever you want. Covered parking so your auto isn’t baking in the sun! Very comfortable and nice covered porch to sit and watch the sunset.

We loved this condo! It's a great location and we will definitely be back. Owner was responsive and condo had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants to eat dinner. We had our boat and rented a slip at the London Bridge Marina. Lots of other owners just beached their boats in front of the condos. Unit has a bbq grill, traeger grill and kuerig coffee maker. It's fully stocked with board games too. It's a great unit....we will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo with easy access to the private beach and short walk to the London Bridge shops. We rented Jets Skis and a boat and mentioned Y.L. From Kingsview sent us and received a discount! You don’t need to take anything with you but your food! The condo has everything you need! We can’t wait to return next year for our annual Havasu trip. Thank you Y.L.! We absolutely loved it!
