Not recommended property

This property has very nice, small terrace overlooking hills above Budva. Terrace has no division between next door neighbour’s one. No privacy however IT is nice to have docent view in Budva.

Property is super expensive given poor quality of service and cleanness of the room. Property is very small, private bathroom is old and worn. I would recommend complete renovation of the bathroom. Shower is small, towels are old and do not smell good, toilet paper is recycled. Room furniture is outdated and worn out. Sheets and bed are not comfortable, nor visually appealing. TV has several programs only. Air conditioning is blowing directly to your head once in bed.

very close to old town. Amra, the room owner is very kind. She helps you when you need. however, I dont suggest the restorant part because we did not like the food. Anyway, all the staff and room opportunities were cool, see you next time

Breakfast in restaurant was good, the manager was very friendly to us and kind. It was easy to get to the sea. They have bidet in bathрroom.

Apartments in reality looks different in reality. I mean the photos are correct, but in real life they not look so good. Apartmets was dirty: shower drain was clogged(i asked to clean it up, but nowbody came), in the kitchen was empty peanut jars from previous renters, on blanket was some dryed gel, black mold in the room ceiling, the shelves were not wiped, the cupboards were dirty with leftover food, for four people for four days they put one and a half rolls of toilet paper, they didnt provide breakfast in the day of leaving(restaurant was closed and nobody notifyed us), it was very dark in the rooms(bc the chandeliers were very old and dusty and there were not enough bulbs). Please don't use hair dryer, it warmed(backside of the hairdryer was red, bc iron got hot) and we felt melted plastic in the room. I totally do not recommend to rent this apartments, i dont know why they have so hight raiting. I was totally dissapointed.

Breakfast was nice and simple. We can choose one of the following options: omlet with cheese and ham, omlet with vegetables, pancakes or sandwich. Additionally, coffee, tea or juice was included as well.

Too small room and you cannot pay by card. If you are using google maps, pick the Disney pizza restaurant, instead of provided location - Disney apartment, which is incorrect.

It is a correct place for a family, because it is not far from the sea.

They are very kind and friendly

The address is not right on maps, it is on an another place and they know it… but they do not correct it. It is a problem if you order a transfer and the driver do not know where are you waiting for him.

Awesome place with breakfast and a good location

Friendly stuff and awesome location. Breakfast was really delicious and much varieties of meals. Nice view from the balcony on the mountains. Definitely best for price/value

The apartment was clean and tidy, every two days we had it cleaned and got new clean towels which was very nice. It had all the needed facilities, dishes, washing machine, etc. The owner was very nice. And the location was amazing, just a few mins from the beach!

Easy to communicate with the host, easy to get the keys and appreciated that the room was cleaned every other day

Couldn’t really use the balcony because the room was right next to the kitchen, the room wasn’t properly cleaned and the hot water and wifi shorted out during our stay.

Nice and comfortable apartment 5 minutes from the beach

Nice and clean apartment with 2 big bedrooms. They cleaned the apartment every day and the facilities (kitchen, bathroom) were also very nice. They also have a restaurant, where they serve very delicious breakfast and any other sort of food. Enjoyed staying there.

The beach is like 5 minutes of walk, which is fine, however the old town is 30 minutes of walk. We usually took the taxi, which was very easy to find and costs only 8-10 € per ride (which is for 4 people 2-2.5€), so it was also very easy to get to the old town.

Very good

The studio was clean,not far from the beach and staff were very nice. We had breakfast included in the price and it was apsolutely delicious and portions were large.

The only thing we did not like about this property was the size of the apartment,it is a way to small which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
