Great rental and location.
Lack of toilet paper for 3 people 4 nights.
Ran out, at end of stay.

This condo was in a perfect location. It was a quick and easy walk to our favorite coffee shop, restaurants, shops, and downtown activities. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has so many wonderful extras: fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, wash machine/dryer and more. The carport parking was much appreciated in rainy weather. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with a family of 5 for a ski weekend. Location was great- short drive to the resort, and walking distance to several family friendly restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The covered parking was very nice to have and our large truck fit without a problem.

We've stayed all over the country in VBROs and this ranks as one of the best supplied, best beds, best location. Absolutely no complaints.

The location is in walking distance to Whitefish restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including bear spray for hiking in Glacier Park. I would definitely return.

This was a great base for our hiking fun and shopping too. We walked to a variety of great restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention all kinds of shops. Very comfortable after a long day on the trails.

Easy to walk into town!

We were in Whitefish for a few days to hike, climb, raft and kayak Glacier. We've been to the area many times and mix it up between camping and staying in area locals. Decided on staying right in town. This place was a perfect location for walking to everything or a quick access to drive anywhere. Very quiet building. A bit difficult to find, only because the actual building number was hard to see at night. Bedrooms got warm due to no central a/c, but they provided fans which were appreciated and they also had an a/c unit in the living room.
Great little kitchen with anything you needed and extras such as bear spray, cooler and chairs in the entry closet. Parking was easy too. VERY clean.
Great automated communication via email.
Thanks for the stay!

The unit was comfortable and clean.
My only issue was that the kitchen cabinets were in poor condition.

Better than expected! Larger space than expected ; nicely updated; just lovely!
Convenient parking from street ( other was also provided). Quick response from rental company even though after hours for a checkin need.
Clean, new and modern amenities but retains mountain feel with wood floors. Plenty of supplies, blankets pillows. Very clean. I was perfectly satisfied!

Annual Whitefish retreat
Overall our stay was great. The unit had a portable AC unit which was so great as it was hot out and we did not have at our previous rental in another town prior. We did have some issues with the TV which the agency helped us resolve. Very convenient to walk downtown to local shops and restaurants. There was construction around us, so if you are at the unit a lot you may have noise. Overall a good stay for a very busy area in summer.

Great property and great location. We had a wonderful time on our vacation to Whitefish. The apartment was only a couple blocks from all the shops and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver and the beds were great. I would highly recommend.
4.5
This is nothing special - there is a very musty smell - we had to buy candles to cover that up, and the AC barely worked and really couldn’t penetrate the bedrooms.
The bunk room is fine but bed firm and is super loud.
Location is amazing!
I’d say it’s worth the money but you’ll enjoy yourself more if you spend your time doing activities and not hanging in the apartment.

O'Brien avenue
Overall our stay was great!
We found the condo to be very clean and as expected. The area is nice with a lot of amenities close by
For families with kids there is a park within walking distance
We were caught off guard by the 10pm siren every night though and it scared our kids

Grrrrreat
Awesome location and amenities. The walls were a little thin (we could hear our neighbors) but great for the price!

Great location
We had a wonderful stay at 115 O’Brien in Whitefish. The two bedroom unit with fully functional kitchen and living room had great beds and was very clean and right off the main street of the adorable town . It was perfect for our stay And visit to glacier national Park. I especially appreciated the quick response when I left an article in the unit and the property manager picked it up from lost and found and put it in the mailbox so I could come by and pick it up. Very responsible!!

We felt that it was clean, GREAT location! Seriously, this place was great. Very clear communication with property managers too before our stay.

perfect spot
We loved our week at the condo. It was well stocked, clean, and the location was fantastic for the busy vacation schedules. Will def be back!

Good location. Nice unit. Other unit noises and train
Nice place. Noisy. Super location and parking. Double bed (not queen) and twin beds very small and soft.
4.5
Decent
Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen decent. Manager was responsive to our needs.
The bad part was a musty moldy smell that needed to be covered up with an air freshener. Additionally, smoking units nearby contributed to less than wonderful aromas and air-quality.
Location was great, both train station and mountain very assessable without a car.

better than expected!
I rented this condo for visiting family. They enjoyed being close to town and close to the family home. I thought being so close to the railroad would be distracting and noisy, but they said it wasn't.
4.5
Very comfortable and convenient; great value for money
Found rental to be exactly as described. Very comfortable with nice furnishings and kitchen supplies. Manager and owner super responsive when we had any questions!

Very nice and clean condo. Conveniently located to downtown Whitefish and loca tourist areas.
A bit of noise from upstairs condo but not enough to disturb is at all. Loved the 10:00 noise curfew.

great location, comfortable condo
We stayed here in June 2014 for a golf weekend. It was comfortable, beds were good, rest of the unit was basic, but as other reviewers mention, clean and worked well for us. There was no soap, even at the bathroom sink, so plan to bring your own. It is conveniently located to walk to shops and restaurants downtown Whitefish. The beach is a short stroll across the bridge and down the street. There is a very nice walking/biking path located very close to the condo. Our only complaint was the train whistle all through the night - we could not leave the bedroom windows open for ventilation as a result. OK in June, but as the summer gets hotter, it would be an issue. There is no AC in the unit. The only other drawback to the units in this building is a lack of patio or deck to sit outside. The owner was a little lax regarding documentation for our stay, which I found somewhat unsettling, however there were no problems upon arrival, so don't be put off by the lack of rental agreement, as it appears thats just the way the owner flys. He was quick to respond to a text the night we arrived to get us onto the wifi in the condo. Overall, a good basic accommodation at a very reasonable price. Several other units in this building are rentals, and they are all more expensive. We would consider this again for a short stay in Whitefish.

Basic but worked for us
This condo is in a great location and close enough to walk to all downtown Whitefish shops, etc. It's a very basic condo, nothing special, but it worked for us. The kitchen appliances and dishes, silverware, etc. were nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. However, this is listed as a "sleeps 5" condo and the only way you can do that is by putting a guest on the couch. The owner said he'd drop off an air mattress but that did not happen, which is okay because there is nowhere to put it. I would recommend users plan on only having four people sleep comfortably here. The housekeeping needs to work on the linens as the sheets on all three beds were thrown on, not tucked in, and extra linens were wadded up in the closet. There were extra pillows but no pillowcases for them and extra towels but no washcloths or soap in the bathroom. There were a few maintenance issues that we let the owner know about (toilet tank leak, burned out light bulbs and no batteries in the smoke detector) but otherwise everything else was in working order. We would use this condo again because the price and location were great and few VRBO's in Whitefish offer 2-night stays.

This is the worst VRBO rental I have ever used. Most of the rentals have been as shown in pictures and noted in reviews. This one is anything but. First of all it looks out over an empty lot that is full of construction debris and piles of dirt. The bridge less than a block away is under construction so you hear the pile driver all day long. OK this is not the owner's fault but the unit was obviously sprayed with very strong odor bug spray before our arrival. It reeked of bug spray. I called him immediately and he said it had not been sprayed and he did not know what I was talking about. He did not come over to check it out. I had to leave the extra bedroom door closed as a lot of the smell was coming from around the water heater in that bedroom closet. The smell was nauseating so we spent as little time in the unit as possible. This unit has a window in each of the bedrooms but for cross ventilation there is only a window in the living area. This window is on the landing outside the door and is only 3-4 ft off the ground. If you want cross ventilation at night--no air conditioning--you must leave the unit essentially unlocked as anyone could easily crawl through the window. Other complaints were noisy neighbors in back of the unit, dirty dishes and utensils and refrigerator, & torn up shower curtain. Rob--the owner did not come by for final payment or to check out my complaints. I had to send final payment after returning home. I left a night early to get away from the horrible smell. Positives were washer and dryer and laundry soap available in unit. Would not recommend this renter or rental unit unless desperate.

Great accommodations! As first-timers to Montana we couldn't have been more comfortable in new surroundings! Everything was in great condition and very clean! Whitefish is a lovely community and this condo was accessible to all parts of town. Owner was so easy to deal with. We would definitely ask for this property again! Loved the restaurants in town: Craggy Range, Tupelo Grille, Loula's were favs.
