Everything was perfect, we felt like home!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it was exactly what we were looking for! Roberta was very kind and helpful!

Great location, excellent hospitality, cozy room

Great location, easy to find from Bologna Centrale, only 10-15 min walk, good connections by bus to the city attractions. Excellent hospitality from Roberta, the host, especially for directions for Bologna sightseeing's.

Very clean and cosy, nice stuff

Very nice cosy and clean apartment. There is coffee machine and kind of snack bar, refrigerator in the room with few yogurts. Stuff is very friendly and nice

The area is not the best. There were strange people nearby. Ruther noisy road, but the windows are very good so there is no noise in the room if the window is closed.

Superb

The thing about places like this is that you have an apartment building where an owner turned their apartment into three hotel rooms. So when you get to it there is no sign or lobby or person to ask anything.

Clean Room, Wonderful Experience

We were greeted very kindly. The room was spotless, I have never seen a room this clean before.The fridge in the room was refilled every day with water and yogurt which was lovely. We loved the common area where snacks, juices and coffee were available all day.

Some salty options would be good for breakfast. And the next room in the building was very noisy. The management cant do anything about it though.

The room was nice and comfortable, near the train station and ~20-25 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore. The host was so kind and helpful, providing tips about the city. Great services provided at such a great price and an all-around pleasant stay. Grazie mille!

We had a small weekend trip and, I think, chose perfect place to stay.

The apartment is situated really close to the center yet in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. We liked attentive and welcoming host, brilliant location, breakfasts and snacks which are available all the day, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment and the room particularly. Amazing bed, huge window and privat bathroom made our trip even more comfortable.

Everything was great. Nothing to be added.

Looking forward to my next stay here.

The host was waiting for me. She was really nice and explained everything to me. The room was very clean and very spacious. The optional breakfast was good considering I paid only 3 euros. It consisted of tea/coffee, juice, milk, croissants, cereals, etc. All self-catering.

The city centre is on the other side of the central station, not at walking distance at night-time.

Spacious room and bar available on the whole day

It’s located close to the station(15 minutes on foot) and has the spacious room. We can use bar on a whole day as well as on the breakfast at free of charge. We can have everything freely. In addition, the staff was so kind.
