Beautiful villa with stunning views

Helpful house keeper and owner always happy to help. Lovely space in the house with stunning views. The air con was essential, and having a washing machine was very useful with a drying line outside. Walking distance of taverna’s, one we went to 3 times as the food was delicious, reasonably priced and lovely staff (Tassia’s kitchen) We recommend hiring a car to get to the beaches although there is one in walking distance. We were a family of 4 with children aged 11/15 and they were very at home in the villa. There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes away which stocked everything we needed.

The mosquitoes, but they can’t be avoided!

Our second visit, another perfect holiday!

Chelidonia is fabulous. 9 of us friends and family stayed here 3 years ago - and we all returned, post-pandemic. Steni Vala is peaceful, very uncrowded with a small selection of very good tavernas, bars (Icarus!) and bistros. The beach is lovely - and the house is well equipped, spacious and comfortable - with Klodi on hand to answer any questions you might have. The owner is very friendly and quick to to respond to your queries. Can't wait to return!

Space and relaxation on Alonissos

This is a wonderful property, beautifully located, great bedrooms, a large living area and kitchen, and two huge balconies giving a tremendous feeling of space and relaxation. The kitchen and utility area is as well equipped as anyone could wish for. And then there are the views looking out on to the bay. You will not be disappointed.

A perfect holiday!

Chelidonia was absolutely perfect. We were three couples + 3 adult children and we had more than enough room - with four really comfortable bedrooms, three of which were air conditioned. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a gas BBQ. The view from the deck was fabulous, especially at sunrise and sunset. We quickly got into a daily routine of beach (a lovely beach 10 minutes walk from the house), yogurt, honey and nuts and strong coffee for breakfast - and regular daily visits to the local tavernas. Steni Vala is charming - very unspoiled and uncrowded, even in the middle of summer. Fortunately, it is too far (half an hour's drive from the port) for the ferry loads of day trippers to visit - they mainly go up to the Old Town by the bus load. The host kept in regular contact with us - and we were met with the keys, the moment we arrived on the ferry. It is a good idea to rent a car to explore the island, as we did (a mini bus, actually). We will definitely be back!
