Large apartment on the ground floor
The large apartment on the ground floor with wireless broadband access and air conditioning. Renovated in 2009 and now has a 12m² living room. The apartment has next to the bedroom, the children's room with two single beds, the bathroom with bath over a completely new kitchen and living room with private satellite TV. Through the bedroom you have direct access to our large garden with the old large fruit trees, where you can find your own seat. The front garden area, which is reached by the common entrance, is always a popular meeting place for common socializing of guests and landlords.
Our house is located on the outskirts in a quiet residential area (dead end) and offers you on the ground floor a 2-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 persons. Both apartments have their own seating area in our well-tended garden, which can be found with its old trees also shadow seekers their place. After our 2nd floor in winter 2005/2006 we also offer a large 3-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 on the 2nd floor. Both apartments have a private balcony with sea views. Each apartment has the ability Wireless broadband access Our barbecue is always at your disposal. On the property there are covered parking spaces. The house boat mooring is about 250m from the house and can be rented by you.
In the house you can use a washing machine, with a surcharge of 5 euros per wash.
Catering options: In Medulin there are numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafés. A larger shop where you can also buy fresh bread every morning is located about 500 meters from our house. Other smaller shops and bakeries and 2 pharmacies and a number of souvenir and Schmucklädchen houses the pristine preserved center of Medulin. Large supermarkets with rich offer as well as the daily fish and vegetable market with offers from local farmers can be found in Pula.
Entertainment and sport: If you feel the need for entertainment and summer tourist activity, you will find sufficient in the center of Medulin 1 km away and in Pula 8 km away. In the sports centers of the hotels you will find offers such as diving, tennis, surfing, motorboat rental etc. Also the possibility with the taxi boat on one of the islands before Medulin (partly with sandy beach) to drive, is offered in the port of Medulin. For our small holiday guests, the nightly fairground at the port of Medulin with various carousels, electric cars, trampolines u. v. m. Variety and for the larger a visit to the discos and cafe bars. In addition to historically interesting sites, such as the Roman city of Pula with its arena, the Temple of Augustus and many Roman excavations and buildings, the "Smallest City in the World - HUM", the many small picturesque medieval-looking villages, the romantic fishing villages, you will also find a lovely and also in the summer green hinterland with a signposted wine route and friendly people. Also climbing the 1400 m high Ucka, which attracts with a great view of the Kvarner bay with its numerous islands as well as a visit to these islands or the protected "Presidential island Brioni" is an interesting change to the well-earned lounging by the sea.

Medulin und Umgebung genießen und entdecken
Die Vermieter und die Wohnung waren super. Wir konnten morgens und abends unser Essen auf der Terrasse genießen. Die Kinder konnten sich im Garten austoben.
Vom Objekt konnte man in 20 Minuten viele Strände sowie Pula und Kamanjak, dass ist die Halbinsel unter Permantura, mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichen.

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss - Super für Familien
Sehr gute Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern, in der es an nichts mangelt. Sehr großer zu großen Teilen nutzbarer Garten (~1.000 qm Grundstücksgröße insgesamt) in dem es immer etwas für die Kinder zu entdecken gibt (das wichtigste für unsere Tochter: die sehr zutrauliche Hauskatze Minka)
Und natürlich vor allem sehr nette, kinderfreundliche und immer hilfsbereite Gastgeber!
Und was wir ebenfalls sehr geschätzt haben: sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet, aber dennoch alles wichtige sehr schnell zu Fuß oder per Rad zu erreichen (Supermärkte, Haupt-Badestrände/Strandpromenade in Medulin)

Sehr gut
Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Den Garten darf man benutzen, ideal für Kinder und zum draußen essen. Grill ist auch vorhanden. Zum Meer, Zentrum und Hafen kommt man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Umgebung läd zum erkunden ein. Karmenjak ist zu empfehlen. Aber auch Pula. War alles zusammen ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub.

Selten so herzlich
Wir waren herzlich bei Familie Ciceran willkommen, wurden bestens mit Informationen rund um Medulin versorgt und betreut. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Besser kann man es sich nicht vorstellen.

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss
Wir waren zwei Wochen Gast bei Familie ciceran und wurden in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Wenn alles klappt wollen wir nächstes Jahr wieder hin.

Top-Ferienwohnung für Familien
Die Wohnung bzw. die Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kinderfreundlich: Die Wohnung ist sauber und angenehm eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Von der Wohnung (im Erdgeschoss) aus kann man direkt die Terrasse bzw. den Garten betreten, in dem man für sich ist und wo die Kinder spielen und laut sein können. In der Wohnung finden sich Kinderbücher und Spiele. Die Waschmaschine stand quasi jederzeit bereit, und Silva hängt auch schon mal die Wäsche auf, so dass man schon an den Strand fahren kann. Man kann sich hervorragend von den beiden Vermietern bekochen lassen - besser als in jedem Restaurant, da man hier echte istrische Küche zu Spitzenqualität (selbst gefangen) und meisterlich zubereitet bekommt. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür, die kurzen Wege zum Supermarkt, an die Promenade und an den Strand (wobei wir mit Kindern und allem Drum und Dran fast immer mit dem Auto gefahren sind) tun ihr Übriges, um diese Wohnung zu empfehlen.

schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit super Aussicht auf die Meeresbucht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.
Die Vermietre sind sehr hilfbereit und freundlich, besonders sollte man die Kochkünste, den Wein und das Olivenöl (alles selbst gemacht vom Vermieterpaar) mal ausprobieren.
Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Wir (Paar U30) haben gezielt nach einem Domizil gesucht, welches Abseits der Promenade und des Zentrum ist, sodass man in den Abend- und Morgenstunden ruhig seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Da aus den vorherigen Medulin-Besuchen bei anderen Vermietern Ortskenntnis bestand, war dies letztendlich die beste Entscheidung!! Man findet hier ein sehr gepflegtes und gut erhaltenes Haus, indem die Vermieter auch selbst wohnen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar mittleren Alters ist total freundlich und aufgeschlossen und scheut auch keine Gesellschaft der Gäste auf ein Gläschen hauseigene Spezialität :-)
Das Grundstück bietet Grillplatz und Parkplatz. In der Dachgeschosswohnung, in der wir wohnten, hat man einen super Ausblick über die Bucht bis nach Pomer. Die Wohnung erfüllt alle Notwendigkeiten (Klimaanlage, W-LAN, Mückegitter im Schlfzimmer :-) ) Zum Frühstück oder auch zum Sonnenuntergang dort zu sitzen ist auch aufgrund der Ruhe im Wohngebiet fantastisch. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10-15 Minuten die Innenstadt oder auch die Promenade um der Abendgestaltung Inhalt zu geben :-) Wenn wir wieder nach Istrien fahren sollten, dann auf jeden Fall wieder zu diesen Vermietern. Bis zum nächsten Mal ;-)

Blühendes Istrien im Mai
Wir haben eine super saubere und gemütliche Wohnung angetroffen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer war herrlich. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten, den man mitbenutzen darf. Wenn man an einem ruhigen Ort ausspannen möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben! Aussergewöhnlich für uns war in der Nacht das Zwitschern der Nachtvögel - zum Einschlafen einfach schön.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und besorgt, dass man die Ferien geniessen kann. Für Ausflugstipps und geschichtliche Informationen wende man sich an Silva, sie weiss über alles Bescheid und gibt gerne Auskunft. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die einmaligen Hausspezialitäten: Silvas hausgemachter Salbeilikör und Tonis selbstgebrannter Schnaps und der vorzügliche Wein. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr aufgeschlossen und herzlich.
Was man unbedingt gesehen haben muss ist der Nationalpark Kamenjak. Im Mai duftet es herrlich nach verschiedensten Kräutern und Blumen. Die Vegetation ist einfach gigantisch! Viele traumhafte, teils menschenleere Buchten zum Entdecken und Schnorcheln. Wassertemp. ca. 20 Grad. Glasklares Wasser. Badeschuhe von Vorteil wegen den Steinen und Tieren auf dem Meeresboden.
Wir haben die Tage in Medulin sehr genossen und können die Gastfamilie aus tiefstem Herzen empfehlen!! Falls wir weitere Ferien in Istrien planen, dann sicher bei Silva und Toni! Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die beiden.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
Volle fünf Sterne für diese tolle Herberge in Medulin. Ruhig mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Ich habe es genossen, morgens früh auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und draußen zu frühstücken mit diesem herrlichen Blick, einfach traumhaft! Und dann erst die Sonnenuntergänge...
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Jede Wohnung verfügt über Wlan. Über Skype konnten wir auch ohne treure Telefongebühren mit der Familie in Deutschland in Verbindung bleiben.
Die Strände in der Umgebung der Ferienwohnung sind schattig und das Wasser ist klar, dass man bis auf den Grund schauen kann. Hervorragend geeignet zum Schnorcheln und für die Unterwasserkamara. Ich habe meinen Feldstecher zu Hause gelassen. Das war ein Fehler. Es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu entdecken.
Schon mehrfach wurde hier in den Bewertungen gesagt, wie gastfreundlich Silva und Toni sind. Das kann ich nur bestätigen! Die Fischplatten von Toni schmecken ausgezeichnet!
Fazit: Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in unserer Ferienwohnung, wir hatten eine erholsamen Urlaub dank ruhiger Ortsrandlage und wir hatten sehr nette Vermieter, die weit mehr sind als nur Vermieter.

Wiederholungstäter..! jedesmal hervorragend!
Nachdem wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) schon seit einigen Jahren immer wieder mal bei Cicerans in Medulin waren, jetzt endlich diese Bewertung: Mit einem Wort: bestens!!! Herzlicher Familienanschluß (wenn man das will - ansonsten kann man auch einfach seine Ruhe haben) Der Herr des Haus kocht feinste istrische Spezereien, die man unbedingt probieren muß! (vieles selbst gepflanzt, geerntet, gelagert... ansonsten frisch eingekauft) Badetipp: der Kamenjak (unendlich Buchten im Naturschutzgebiet). Alles Andere einfach selbst ausprobieren - Hilfe von Silva und Toni gibts immer...

Schöne,komplett ausgestattete,große, Wohnung im Erdgeschoss.(wir haben uns auch die kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss angesehen,ist super für 2 Personen).Nette, deutsch sprechende Vermieter die sich sehr um die Gäste bemühen.Klimaanlage haben wir auf Grund der Lage der Wohnung (Schatten) nicht vermisst. Wie bereits in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, sollte man sich unbedingt mal bekochen lassen.Super gutes,günstiges Essen.Den Garten kann man jederzeit mit benützen, Grill steht bereit. Zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es cirka 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Restaurants stehen in Medulin genügend zur Verfügung.Zum Baden sind wir meist nach Kamenjak gefahren.Trotz der Seeigel ist das auch für Kinder,die schwimmen oder schnorcheln,ohne weiteres möglich.Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub-wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Große Wohnung, tadelloser Zustand. Klimaanlage fehlt, sonst gute Ausstattung, locker ausreichend für 4 Personen. Garten kann genutzt
werden. Für jede Wohnung ein Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück. Zum
öffentlichen Badestrand ist die Benutzung eines Fahrzeuges empfehlenswert. (schätze ca, 1,5 km)
Der Strand in der Nähe der Wohnung (ca. 300 - 400 m) ist
zum Baden und Liegen nicht empfehlenswert.
Sehr nette Vermieter, sprechen beide deutsch.
Wohnung kann nur empfohlen werden. Wir sind im nächsten Jahr wieder dort.

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren 6 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung.Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr sauber und genauso wie in den abgebildeten Fotos, der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bieten Speisen an die man sich nicht entgehen lassen darf.Wir haben die Fischplatte und Fleischspiesse gegessen, die kulinarisch nichts zu wünschen übrig ließen. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder da hin fahren.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Sehr angenehmes und bestens ausgestattetes Quartier, die Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ladet ein zur Siesta, Strand in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung, Ortszentrum , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants ebenfalls zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub bei wunderbaren Gastgebern
Haben gerade zwei Wochen in der sehr geräumigen und komfortablen großen Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss verbracht. Komplette Ausstattung, großer Balkon mit entsprechender Möblierung, herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht. Entsprach exakt den Angaben im Online-Inserat.
Vermieter äußerst sympatisches Ehepaar, sehr hilfsbereit in allen Fragen einschließlich wertvoller Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.
Grillabende im Garten des Vermieterehepaares offenbarten deren einmaligen Kochkünste, unbebedingt zu empfehlen.
Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen und können dies jedem mit gutem Gewissen empfeheln.

Zum Sandstrand ca. 1,5 km ( für Kinder ) wird Auto benötigt. Ist aber kein Problem, weil man eh so viel zum mitschleppen hat.
Parkplätze in Strandnähe im Juni genügend vorhanden.
