Another small and cozy 1-room apartment for 2 people with: wireless broadband access. Sat tv, air conditioning we have in our newly created 2 upstairs. Here you will find 1 living room with small kitchenette and sitting area, 1 bedroom, a shower room and a private south-west facing balcony over the roofs Medulin, with a very nice view of the bay of Pomer.

Our house is located on the outskirts in a quiet residential area (dead end) and offers you on the ground floor a 2-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 persons. Both apartments have their own seating area in our well-tended garden, which can be found with its old trees also shadow seekers their place. After our 2nd floor in winter 2005/2006 we also offer a large 3-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 on the 2nd floor. Both apartments have a private balcony with sea views.
