This property worked out perfectly for our family of 5. Enough beds for everyone with room to spare. House had everything we needed. Beach gear and laundry machines were incredibly useful too. Lovely front porch to people watch or listen to the rain fall as storms came through periodically. Amazing communication, host definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect. Walk or bike ride to the beach, we went multiple times each day, water and sunsets are gorgeous. Can also walk to the main drag of shops/restaurants, super easy and so glad we didn’t need to drive at all, unless we explored other areas (Lido Key has kayaking excursions through the Mangroves, and to the south Caspersen Beach is a great place to hunt for shark teeth). We would definitely rent this cottage again! Highly recommend.

Great location!!!
Nice decorations.
Would have been nice to have had refrigerator and microwave cleaned prior to arrival. They were both very dirty.

Great location, but had ant problem during our stay
We loved the location, but had to leaver after the first night as we had ants in and around the beds. We now have to find a way to get a refund since we had to find another location where our 5 year old would feel comfortable staying.

Perfect girls weekend!
The cottage was perfect for our girls weekend! Very clean, the perfect size and the covered porch is everything you didn’t know you needed! We ordered dinner and ate there every single night, staying out until almost midnight talking to families as they walked by! It’s a 5 min walk to the village and beach. Very quiet at night. I text Deb a few times during our stay and she responded right away! I’ve already booked the cottage to return in July with my family.

Amazing!
This place was everything we expected and so much more! The pictures did not do it justice. It’s in walking distance to the village with all of the best bars, restaurants, and cutest shops. As well as within walking distance of the beach. The property owner was wonderful to work with and it was very clean and well kept. There was 6 of us that came for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for us all. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location!
We just wrapped up a 3 night stay at this cottage in Siesta. Overall, we were pleased and would rent here again. The location is perfect. You are literally a block away from the main drag. Blase Cafe/Martini Bar is the closest (lots of live music on Fridays). We walked to dinner almost every night; we highly recommend Cafe Gabbiano (delicious meat and cheese boards) and Summer House (for steak). The beach isn't far either and a beach wagon is provided. Granted the beach access has a long sandy walk to the ocean so you will get an arm workout. A beach closet is provided and it contained 2 Tommy Bahama chairs, a small cooler, a small umbrella, and noodles. I did see toys in there as well. The hose and outdoor shower made it easy to get the sand off everything afterward. Another big plus of this cottage is the powerful AC. It easily keeps the house cool. The house had a Keurig machine.
We couldn't give it 5 stars because we found the cottage in need of a deep clean. The doors, baseboards, cabinets, exhaust fan in the 2nd bathroom were dusty or dirty. While the main room and bathrooms were updated, the bedrooms were a bit dated and the beds seemed cheap. We slept okay, but just kinda low-quality in terms of bedding and mattress type. So just be aware that it isn't a luxury cottage, more shabby chic. Finally, the adjoining 1 bedroom cottage was being rented by an older couple with a little dog. Unfortunately, the dog would bark nonstop when they were away. We could hear him through the shared walls. And it was annoying. I guess the cottages are pet-friendly, fyi.
Again, an enjoyable stay!

The place was nicely decorated and very close to the beach and activities.
The place was nicely decorated and very close to the beach and activities. I would come back, but they would have to change on the beds , every one of them. They were very springy and uncomfortable. That is the only thing that was bad, they need a new trash can as well in the kitchen. Dont get me wrong they were very friendly and the decor was as cute as a button, but the beds were horrible.

Lovely little beach house
We were nervous to book since there weren't any reviews yet but so glad we took the chance. Debbie was a great host, very accommodating and communicative anytime we needed. The house fit the 6 of us perfectly and had everything we needed. It was a 3 min walk to the beach and 7 mins to all the restaurants, we had a blast. Thanks again!
