Getting into the unit was very challenging as the door code did not work and the instructions did not give the key code for the key box so we waited an hour for someone to come to get us in.
The porch was so dirty as were the seat cushions.
The internet was incredibly slow and no local channels to watch college football.

It was a convenient accommodation to visit Land of Oz.
If you don’t mind an old building to stay in for a short weekend, it is a good place to stay. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, the utensils had food residue, the microwave needed wiping from food spatter, coffee stains in the utensil drawer, some dust on top of the coffee maker and toaster. Some beer top found under the bed, spider web in the corner of the room found. Crumbs across the corner of the kitchen floors were noted too as soon as we arrived. I just wiped and washed everything before use. Otherwise it’s an okay place to stay in for a quick trip.
Dishwashing liquid/sponge, soap bar and towels were provided. Convenient location. Good sized fridge.

Over all, it was ok. However, they could do a much better job at cleaning. There were cobwebs all over the house, the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, utensils were sparse and broken. If they have a cleaning service cleaning the property, they should find new ones. It wasn't super horrible but they could do better. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but the cleanliness or lack of, we would not stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Briarcliff F30. It was small, but perfect for a couple’s’ getaway.

Location is great. 5 minute walk to ski slope.

The location was perfect! But everything else did not make me feel at home. There were spiders and spider webs EVERYWHERE. Almost every corner of this apartment had daddy long legs and their webs hanging out. The toilet had poo poo residue inside the bowl as if it hadn't been cleaned. There are white stains all over the pull out couch. Not to mention that EVERYTHING was old and out dated. The mattress desperately needs to be replaced! Was this apartment cleaned before I arrived??? I considered staying for more than one night but at this price point it just wasn't worth it. Grateful they were able to book this room for me last minute. I have pictures if there is somewhere I can share them.

This place was great and close to the slopes... Will stay again in the future!

We stayed hear during the off season, late summer. It was so peaceful and quiet. The place had an old smell, however a candle was provided, which was a nice touch. The stove was very old the push button type which was fine but the biggest burner did not work. The water pressure in the shower was amazing but the hot water did not last for my entire shower and the shower head was a little low, fine for me at 5'6 but not so good for my husband who is 6'4. With that being said I would stay here again.

The master bedroom had water stains and ceiling falling down. I have pictures. The property was very dated(specifically the bathroom). I would never rent this place again until updated.

Location is awesome!!
We loved the ease of getting to Sugar Mountain to ski. The condo was clean and tidy and all the things needed while were were away from home. Hair dyer in the condo was a plus! So enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our short stay. The screened in porch really made the place nicer.

Good location - utensil need cleaning
The property was good for a family to stay. Its located in the right place. Kitchen utensils were not clean we were not able to use most of them .. otherwise everything else was fine

The place was small but cute - perfect for 2 people. The carpet and linens were pretty worn, and the mattress so hard we couldnt sleep on it after the first night. We got an air mattress and slept on it in the living room. Also, sharp tacks sticking out on the edge of living room carpet punctured my bare feet. The bed could be fixed with a $300 mattress. The other stuff is pretty cheap to replace as well. Could be a really nice hideaway

Nasty bathroom
They location was great but the bathroom had mold on walls and a LOT of hair on top of bath tub drain. I noticed the hair when I turned on bathtub water.it was so bad, water drained extremely slow. It had obviously not been cleaned. Dirty floors in livingroom and kitchen. I have pictures but I do not know where to post them. Not worth $152 for a Wednesday night especially.

NC Getaway
Very nice location and clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Great location only 5 minutes from the shopping center. Only complaint was the amount of spiders and other critters that kept coming in to the cabin.

Dirty ski home
The bathroom was dirty and had bugs in it. Cobwebs all over home. Carpet was filthy and carpet nails from carpet just being laid in place kept sticking our feet and had to wear our shoes all the time. Plating coming off kitchen faucet cold water handle and cut my husband. Bed hard as if we slept on floor. Space had a horrid smell and all blankets smelled unclean also. The home would be a great space if properly taken care of by management or owners.

Get away!!!
Such a cute little spot for a weekend away. The fireplace was perfect and the walls of windows. We thouroughly enjoyed hammocking in the beautiful trees and enjoyed the serenity of the breeze in the trees. We wished the bed was a little comfier but still a wonderful time!!

Nice weekend getaway
Briarcliff is a perfect no-frills getaway for a mountain weekend. Unit is nice and easy to check in to. Only complaints would be that while it is technically walking distance from the resort, it’s a bit of a hike if you’re carrying equipment. Also, the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable, but that’s usually how it goes. Overall got the job done.

Perfect for a ski weekend
Briarcliff was perfect for a one night stay to ski at Sugar Mountain. The unit is small but is all you need when you’re going to be out on the mountain. Looks out over the slopes, but would be a decent walk with snow boots and equipment (we drove). Overall what we were looking for.

Incredible nature cabin getaway
This was such a beautiful cabin, perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything needed was provided. Only complaint is that the bed wasn't the comfiest. Besides that everything was perfect

Small but very comfortable!

Everything we needed
This place was just what we needed. The bed was comfortable, as were the chairs and couch in the living room. Had great hot water in the shower. Nice deck although we didn’t use it long because it got cold! We were able to make a small breakfast in the kitchen. The only negative was that my knees didn’t care for the steps leading down to this home.
3.0
Over-priced for quality
The mattresses need updating. Rock hard matress in the bedroom. Acknowledging that pull-out beds are not the most comfortable, if updated, it could be improved upon. Outside lights weren't functioning upon arrival which made locating the property challenging. Large paint chips in the bathroom where previous command strips or the like were located.
3.0
Pictures made it look a lot nicer than it actually was.
Property is perfect for the winter months but not so much for the summer months. Condo did not have any a/c and the only thing indicating that was a little notice at the very bottom of the description.
