The villa is in a good location, just a short drive to shops and beaches. When we arrived it was very clean, it's a lovely big house with an open kitchen living area upstairs, nice rooms and a separate studio down stairs. We liked the views out to the mountains on one side and over to the sea on the other, it was fun to watch the thunder and lightening over the mountain tops. The wifi upstairs was good (none downstairs) and the TV upstairs was modern with all the apps. I don't like to write negative reviews but unfortunately there were many many issues with the property that could not be resolved. The property manager came round to help, but it was clear that these things were not going to be fixed by the owner. The freezer wasn't cold enough to freeze anything and couldn't be adjusted - ice creams melted. The oven in the kitchens did not work, so we wasted food that we had bought and could not be cooked. There was however a good BBQ. No aircon in the bedrooms, and not enough fans for each room, the weather was nearly 40 degrees so it was very hot at night. Shower in one of the bedrooms upstairs did not work. Locks on the sliding doors on ground floor and one upstairs were broken so we could not secure the property, we used some brooms to help keep them locked. One bedroom could not be closed as it was hanging off the hinge. The TV in the Studio did not work as the subscription had not been paid. The studio is on the ground floor and has a very musty damp smell. The washing machine and dishwasher were not connected in the studio so could not be used. The studio kitchen was dark because many bulbs were out. The ceiling light in the bedroom with the broken door (studio) had wires hanging down. The awning outside the studio was broken and hanging down so could not be used in the intense heat. And is dangerous if it falls. There was obviously an electrical fault in the studio as the electricity was going off at least 4 times a day. Fortunately, there was a key to the garage where the fuse box was so it could be turned back on. The water level of the pool was low, we were told how to fill it, but the mechanism was broken and we had to balance it with a stick to stop it from over filling into the garden. These problems were reported during our stay, and none were fixed. The upstairs is great - but if you rent it you will need to check that there is a working oven, freezer and secure locks on the doors, and a repaired shower at least.

Villa agréable mais manque d'entretien

Villa agréable pour 9 personnes et décorée avec goût. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire Gilles et aussi Gaëlle qui nous a accueilli. Les 3 chambres à l'étage avec leurs salles de bain sont un vrai plus ainsi que les draps, serviettes de toilette et de piscine fournies. La cuisine est bien équipée pour des groupes. Super mobilier d exterieur : table à manger + coin salon jardin + beaucoup de transat + matelas piscine La vue sur la mer depuis la villa est superbe. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Quelques points négatifs : Nous avons eu plusieurs coupures de courant parfois plusieurs fois dans la même journée. Gaelle nous avait averti en arrivant. Probleme temporaire du à l installation du compteur linky mais pas encore retabli. Portail électrique à sauter pr réenclencher le courant. Plusieurs choses à reparer : flexible douche qui fuit, portes fenetres du bas de la villa qui ne ferment pas et sans volets donc accès villa non sécurisé et réveil matinal car plein Est. Les produits d'entretien de la piscine n'avaient pas été mis (piscine verte). Nous avons du demander au propriétaire comment faire.

Très belle maison, bien située, belle vue mer et montagnes de l'intérieur mais aussi et surtout de la terasse et la piscine. Environnement calme. Les deux soucis rencontrés ont été les coupures de courant régulières le soir,(nous avons supposé qu'elles étaient dues à l'utilisation concomitante d'une plaque ou du four et des douches sèche cheveux ?) ainsi que la présence de 3 lits peu confortables pour des adultes. En point d'amélioration, il serait plus confortable d'installer des volets dans les chambres du bas car elles chauffent vite le matin. Séjour cependant très agréable pour les 13 participants!

Dommage qu'il y ai des soucis avant le tableau électrique et les coupures de courants, manque une deuxième télécommande de portail et la clef de déverrouillage quand le disjoncteur sotte.

Très mitigés

L’emplacement, la situation géographique sont parfaits, car pour le reste c’est beaucoup plus mitigé. Nous avons contacté la personne qui nous a remise les clés à deux reprises en lui signalant les points suivants. Aucune menuiserie ne peut se fermer. Une partie de la maison est non sécurisée la nuit, où lors de nos absences. 3 Chambres sont exposées plein Est sans rideaux occultants, pas de volets alu. Le matin réveillé aux aurores, et températures intérieures intenables. Pas de climatisation dans celles-ci. On nous a donné comme seul solution « mettre la clim du salon et de laisser toutes les portes des chambres ouvertes », en effet c’est une solution, mais très limitée Le Compteur électrique pouvant disjoncter, jusqu’à sept fois en une soirée. (Même en coupant les blocs de clim). Obligé d’escalader le mur, le disjoncteur étant dans la rue. Nous nous étions en pleine possession de nos moyens mais j’imagine le même cas de figure avec des personnes d’un certain âge ou moins agiles Et pour couronner le tout, voisin irascible qui au moindre bruit vous menace de tout faire sauter. Même des ado se faisaient invectiver, vers 18 heure, lorsqu’ils jouaient à la pétanque, trop bruyant On a connu mieux comme ambiance

Nous avons tous été charmés par la maison , sa déco, son confort. Nous étions 3 familles avec des enfants de tout âges et chacun y a trouvé sa place et son bonheur. De merveilleuses vacances à proximité des points principaux de Porto vecchio. Le quartier est calme et paisible. L accueil chaleureux. Rien à redire... Juste peut être des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

La villa de Gilles est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! Très belle , décorée avec beaucoup de goût , spacieuse , fonctionnelle, calme , bien équipée ! Tout était parfait . La piscine chauffée est extrêmement agreable . Gilles a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions très rapidement , il nous a conseillées sur plusieurs endroits et restos . Quant à Stéphanie , la personne qui gère la villa , elle était très disponible et adorable ! Nous reviendrons avec GRAND plaisir dans cette villa . Merci !

ce fut de très belles vacances dans votre maison petit bémol sur les chambres non climatisées et le studio sans volets ou rideau occultant. sinon tout est parfait Stéphanie sur place a répondu à tout nos besoins. la maison est très bien équipée pour un grand nombre de personnes. a refaire !

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables! La villa est très agréable, spacieuse, moderne, confortable, très bien entretenue et accueil chaleureux!... Très belle vue et calme pour des vacances reposantes, emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate des plages et criques isolées, loin de la foule touristique. Notre seul regret, que les vacances soient terminées! Nous reviendrons dans cette villa et la recommandons vivement!
