Best Accommodation in Lindos

We spent 4 nights in Casita Casita Lindos, we would have stayed longer only it was booked out! I'm not surprised, it's beautiful. The breakfast is gorgeous, make sure you keep room for the eggs! Irina and Mos were amazing hosts! We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. The rooms are so comfortable and cool. The location was so close to Lindos Beach, and we spent most of our time at a beach restaurant called Palestra( It's a must-visit). I Preferred this beach to St.Pauls Bay( which is also only a 10-minute walk from here). It is very close to walk into Lindos at night where there are so many restaurants and bars. I don't normally write reviews but this place was beautiful.

Couldn't fault it - an exceptional oasis of tranquility

Where to start! The moment we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful fruit platter and lemonade, and sat down with the host Irina who told us all about the property and the area. She recommended restaurants, booked us taxis, and waited on us hand and foot. The location of the hotel is a stones throw from the heart of Lindos but just enough away for it to feel peaceful. It's the perfect spot to watch the sun rise, and the breakfasts were amazing (so generous that we would stash the leftovers in our fridge and nibble them throughout the day). The rooms themselves are tasteful, comfortable, and come with high quality toiletries made from local honey. The pool area is paradise, with views of the acropolis and of swallows dipping down to feather their wings in the pool water. We felt like we were the only guests there, even though all 8 rooms were occupied. The beaches are a short walk away (albeit up and down hills, but such is Rhodes). Honestly this place is an absolute gem, and both Irina and Mos are exceptional hosts. Thank you for making us feel like VIPs during our stay.

We hired a very small car so it wasn't an issue for us but Lindos town is historic and the roads down to it are narrow, and parking spaces are tight, so hire the smallest car you can. Coaches manage to get up and down there, but for parking purposes it's definitely easier to park a smaller one. Parking is free in low season (we visited in May) but is charged for during summer.

Had an amazing holiday with my mum here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about booking. The breakfast that was included was delicious.

Very enjoyable week's holiday in a small hotel with extremely helpful staff.

Andreas and Ireni were so very welcoming and helpful. They could not do enough for us during our week's stay. The breakfast was varied and great quality. It was wonderful to be sat outside in a peaceful setting, surrounded by olive trees, very tranquil indeed. The town and beach are a short walk away.

A beautiful little haven in centre of Lindos

We were welcomed with open arms by the lovely Andreas and Elena, they both made us feel at home and ensured that we were relaxed and smiling. An amazing healthy breakfast was included which was served on their gorgeous terrace with wonderful views. Everything has been beautifully designed and the hotel is super quiet but you are right in the centre of Lindos so you have easy access to the beach, walks, shopping, bars and restaurants. Both Andreas and Elena had great recommendations for us to do while we were in Rhodes so I would highly recommend picking their brains!

The breakfast was incredible and could be personalised. . As there are only 7 rooms you get to know the lovely staff so well and their hospitality is unmatched. The whole of Casita is trendy, calming and rustic. Location is the best in Lindos- sea view, 100m to beach, 5 mins to main town. Rooms are beautiful with the comfiest bed and luxury toiletries.

Stay with friends

probably the last oasis of upscale individual tourism. Quiet location, despite the proximity to the hustle and bustle in Lindos. Andreas and Mike are superb hosts with amazing will to make it as comfortable as possible for guests. Not everything is perfect yet, especially given the quite high prices for the overnight stay. A little serenity and tolerance is therefore necessary. But in the overall package absolutely worthwhile and we will remember for a long time. We're trying to come back. Many thx again to Andreas and Mike !

- property felt unfinished - no menu for food or drinks, so unclear what is available - staff needed prompting/reminding when previously been asked to supply advice or service - level of comfort of room not enough for price - ie, room felt dark, no full length mirror, aircon doesn’t cool the mezzanine bed areas

Very good

The facilities were great and the view over the olive trees to the acropolis is fantastic. Our room was very stylish and had everything we needed and the general atmosphere was so relaxed and peaceful. The staff, Andreas and Georgia, were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we always had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend Casita Casita to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday (just bring earplugs for Saturday nights!)

The only downside to an otherwise fabulous trip was that on the Saturday night of our stay the nightclub that is positioned about 50 yards from the hotel was open and pumping out music from midnight till 6am, which meant we struggled to sleep much. This was only one night out of eight though so not a massive problem, however pretty annoying for that one night.

Beautiful stay!

Staying at this hotel was like being on holiday IN Instagram! The place is so beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It’s situated just outside of the village and on the road down to the main beach, which is the perfect location and means it’s just a few mins walk from everything. Andreas, Georgia and Antonella were wonderful hosts all week and could not have been more helpful or hospitable! The rooms and grounds are kept spotlessly clean and the pool is just gorgeous (and a rare find down in the village!) which we made good use of most days. The breakfast is a huge spread, with good strong coffee, juice, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, salad, breads and condiments etc with optional eggs and bacon on top. It was almost too much some days! Overall a gorgeous spot hosted by lovely people :)

Although it’s completely beyond the hotel’s control there is a VERY noisy, open-air club literally next door. We were here on our honeymoon and hoping to relax and unwind with a very precious week off work, so were really disappointed to have been unable to sleep for 2 out of our 7 nights (especially considering the price of this place!) The club operates 11:30pm to 6:30am every Friday and Saturday night and despite the ear plugs, it really did disturb our holiday and meant we were even too tired to take a pre-booked excursion one morning. Had we known about the club prior to booking, I think unfortunately I would have looked for somewhere else to stay, which is a real shame as this place is such a gem. This isn’t a reflection on Casita Casita, as I know other accommodation owners in the area are having the same problem but it’s certainly something to be aware of.

Casita casita lindos was a lovely place to stay. Andreas and the team were lovely and very personable. The atmosphere is great, the pool beautiful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. It was loud on Friday and Saturday because of the club but we managed to sleep through it.

A beautiful place to stay close to Lindos town.

The property is very beautiful and restful . The staff were all fantastic and tried their best at all times to be helpful. Andrea was particularly attentive and kind. The breakfast was lovely. Pool was very peaceful and sun beds were comfortable. The way everything is designed is very tasteful and there are many nice places to just sit in the shade and relax. It says on the website that there is a pool bar menu but this is not true ( that influenced my decision to book here so I was a little annoyed). However the lovely people are on hand to serve drinks all day long . Generally I really enjoyed my stay here . I would return again .

I hadn’t seen the previous comments regarding the nightclub which operates next door on Friday and Saturday nights. It is not possible to sleep on those nights as the music is SO loud and the strobe lights shine into the bedroom until 5:30 am. I don’t blame the hotel for this but maybe there should be a reduced rate for those evenings. The staff were very apologetic and provided ear plugs for guests. The occasional full length mirror would be helpful I didn’t see my reflection for the whole holiday 😂

We had a wonderful stay at Casita Casitas :) It‘s the perfect place to have a calm relaxing vacation. The surrounding is so peaceful. It was so nice to sit there in the mornings having breakfast, with a nice coffee in your hand, enjoying the silence and the good air. Mara and Vasilica were so nice to us. They were very helpful and always wanted us to feel good. The rooms are minimalistic but very stylish and clean. The only thing I was missing was a bigger mirror, so in the end I had to ask my friend what to wear :)) It’s nice that the Hotel doesn’t have the capacity to have more than 6 or 7 guests/rooms. So we almost had the pool for ourselves :) In the old reviews people were mentioning a bar/ club next to the hotel with loud music in the weekend. We didn’t hear anything. Maybe it is closed due to Covid. Public parking places are just in front. Bars/ restaurants are in a walking distance. We can highly recommend this place!

Just totally fantastic

Both of us are well travelled and have stayed in some amazing places, but Casita Casita was one of the very best. The location and view are both fantastic (3 min walk to a great and clean beach). The owner is an architect with a lot of style and flair - it feels very modern, but also quintessentially Greek, really beautifully designed, with an understated luxury. The breakfast was excellent, and the bed even better. Andreas the host was absolutely amazing - one of the nicest and most helpful people we’ve met on any of our stays. He was so welcoming, really chatty without being intrusive. Would thoroughly recommend. We’ll definitely be back (can’t wait in fact). Go to the ‘Christoph’ restaurant in the centre of the village (less than a ten minute walk). Some of the best modern Greek food we’ve had.
