Feedback for the hotel management.

The staff were courteous.

Rooms were not clean and had insects crawling. The window didn't have a curtain. The plastic mug in the washroom was cracked and leaking. There were no tea spoons or other device for mixing the whitener/ coffee in the cups placed in the rooms. The breakfast mentioned on the menu and its cost was not what was served at a slightly higher charge.

Location of hotel is great and is close proximity to the Taj Mahal. The room was a great size for a couple and exactly how it shows in the photographs. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. This is a perfect hotel for a stop over if looking for a room for one night to visit the Taj Mahal. One of our party was ill and the hotel were accommodating in providing food to the room and extra toiletries when requested. This hotel was a comfortable stay and was everything that we needed for one night in Agra, thank you.

The pool does not look like the photographs, so do not get your hopes set for a clean swimming pool. It was dirty so we did not use it.

Discrete and helpful staff, good room with clean bathroom, comfortable walking distance to Taj Mahal, adequate breakfast.

beds were comfortable, the room was clean. great location near Taj Mahal and great price! The staff is very nice and helpful.

breakfast. on the menu it includes porridge or cereals with milk, eggs and toast with butter/jam. in reality there’s no porridge/cereal.

Very Clean. Customer friendly and very supportive management and staff. Even the CEO of the hotel is hands on to help customers. He is very supportive and eager make the stay better. Unique experience in this place.

Not at all worth the Rs 2000 plus payment for the room. Horrible facility taps not working in bathroom. No hangers in wardrobe. Electric kettle faulty. In sufficient tea/ coffee, milk powder pkt

The location was close to the Taj Mahal, but it did not have the view from its terrace or balcony. It mentioned online information. The rooms did not have any ventilation.

Neither toiletries nor towels were provided. It was basically a home which was converted to a hotel.I have booked a deluxe room but the room was not worthy. You can book cheaper and better hotels nearby but not this one.

The room is spacious and clean

They do not even offer a single bottle of water in the room for the guests.usually all hotels provide per person a bottle as complimentary. When you book a room for 2600 and are not provided with a single water bottle..it's disappointing. Also while Booking it was mentioned that the room is triple deluxe categay.but on arrival we came to know that they just provide an extra mattress in the existing double room... this lack of transparency is unfair.we checked in at evening 9 pm ,yet had to wait for room to be ready.

Nice family owned hotel just a few minutes walk from the Taj Mahal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Meals were tasty with veg and non-veg options available. Rooms were very clean.

The swimming pool area was covered by a screen to keep leaves, etc. out of the water. While this was good for keeping the pool clean, it meant you couldn't get sun at the pool.

There was some road closing issue so i called manager for information he said will call which he never did. Cleaning needs to be done...
