Charming older, very clean and well equipped home. You can always tell when an owner is thoughtful about the guest experience - this is definitely one of those owners! Literally right around the corner from all that Weirs Beach has to offer. My teens and their friends had a blast hanging out at the beach, arcades, pier, etc...

This was our friend group’s first time in the area and this property is the exact place you want to stay. Walking distance from everything you could want out of Weirs beach, spacious/cozy/clean house, and the host was accommodating and so incredibly kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home rental. Everything was perfect!

Great location. Less then 10 min walk to beach. Plenty of space for our group. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

House had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the bands on Weirs. The extra yard space and privacy was perfect for our family!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. The host, Christine, did an excellent job of being communicative and helping us in the weeks leading up to our stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

An older home that’s been remodeled which is charming for those of us that love older homes. If you are a light sleeper, just know that the steps and floor creak with every step. Everyone in our group remembers those days as kids and going to a grandmothers house with wood floors. We could tell everyone good night from our own rooms. Just like the Waltons (iykyk). Two of the bathrooms are a bit small. Again it’s part of the era of home. One suggestion I have is a small bedside table or stand in the rooms that don’t have those. Added bonus was the apple tree was ready and picked a few. The location is perfect to enjoy the Weirs Beach area in the summer. It’s definitely walking distance to the waterfront. Even in October there was a lot of activity that went on later in the evening. You can definitely hear all the fun going on on the Main Street. So again if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.

Cute, spacious, clean house near all of the action Weirs beach and boardwalk have to offer. Live music and great food within walking distance, including Mt Washington Brunch and Dinner cruises. Large yard and parking area were a bonus. We would definitely stay at this home when visiting the area in the future.

We were visiting NH for my son’s wedding and had a perfect stay at this beautiful house. Plenty of room for our family and beautifully furnished. Lovely large yard and outdoor deck as well. Thanks Christine!

My family enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the lake. The house was comfortable, very clean and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. The live music from the neighboring bar was delightful on Saturday and Sunday but then the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the remainder of the week. We loved the central location to the popular spots and much enjoyed morning walks on the Weirs beach boardwalk. we absolutely would return for a stay in the future!

Nicely located downtown, spacious

We found the house to be fully equipped and immaculate. There were 10 of us, with 3 under age 5. The flow of the house and yard allowed for everyone to find a place and activity to enjoy. It was walking distance to Laconia features and even the rock band playing during our first afternoon added to the ambiance. We arrived on a very hot afternoon and found the AC and fans on, creating a perfect climate., This welcome demonstrated the thought and attention to detail that made our stay perfect for all of us. Great house, great location!

The house was perfect for our two families. The house was in a perfect location with great activities for the kids around the corner at Weir's beach and others a short drive away. The living area was open and worked very well for all of us to hang-out comfortably.

My family and I stayed here July 17-24 2022. The location was great, close to the boardwalk ,beach, restaurants and stores. The pictures don't do the space justice. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, the dining and livingroom are also well laid out. We did not feel crowded even when all 11 of us were in the house. The front porch, back deck and fire pit were all great spaces as well. The beds upstairs were all comfortable except the bunk beds, they could definitely use better mattresses. If it is just young light weight kids sleeping on them they would probably be ok, but I slept on the bottom bunk and it was very uncomfortable. I would have slept on the pull out queen sofa but when we went to set it up there was tape across it saying "DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE". The legs appear to be broken. So that was a bit of a disappointment since it is listed as one of their queen beds available. There were plenty of beach towels but only one bath towel & wash cloth for each guest for the whole week. There is a very nice washer and dryer available, but it would have been nice not to have to wash towels daily. I believe it says there are enough beach chairs, but we could only find 2. It worked out because 8 of use drove there and brought our own chairs. My mom recommends a clothes line to hang wet suits and beach towels. The internet would randomly cut out, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for anyone who might have to work while there. The biggest issue we had was the refrigerator wasn't working. Thankfully their rental, next door was empty and we put our food over there. A new refrigerator was delivered on Tuesday, but someone had to be there and wait for delivery, it changed our family plans for the day. We also had a problem with the junction box in the attic and lost AC and light and the two bedrooms on the south side of the house. We were able to run extension cords until the problem was fixed. But again it required someone being there. Chistine was VERY responsive with trying to get these issues fixed as quickly as possible. She lives in another state and wasn't able to come and deal with the issues directly. I was given a very small refund for our inconvenience. We all feel that having a property manager, close by, to deal with issues at her rentals would been ideal. Overall we LOVED our vacation there. We would all go back and recommend staying there

We spent 3 nights here with 2 families- 4 adults and 5 kids. A fantastic amount of space, short walk to the beach, all the amenities we needed! Thanks for letting us stay!!

We had a great time. The location is perfect for the Weirs experience. Very close to all the lakeside activities. The house is very nice and we had fun playing foosball and games while we weren’t at the beach. The host was great to deal with and they also have a house next door we rented which is very nice as well. Highly recommended if you’re going to Winnepausakee!

Spacious and perfect for a large group of guests

Beautiful house, very comfortable. The location is great, we walked all around in Weirs Beach, as it was winter, it was very quiet, we enjoyed that. There was a bit of a mix up with the key for entry, but it all was worked out quickly.

We had a great time in the Weirs Beach area. This home was only 15 mins from Gunstock and close to several restaurants & shops. Our family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. We'd love to come back in the summer - the home is so close to Weirs Beach and would make for a great summer vacation.

We had a great time in the house, and the owners could not have been more helpful. Everything was clean, the owners were flexible with check-in/check-out timing, and communication was great throughout.

Working with the property owner and manager was smooth and easy. They were friendly and prompt with communication in the weeks leading up to and during our stay. There is ample space to keep skis/snowboards and the open layout on the first floor is great for larger groups. We were able to walk to some bars/restaurants. It’s also a close drive to grocery stores. For those who prefer firm mattresses, the selection of beds was limiting, but I was able to find a comfortable one. We would definitely stay here again and check it out for a summer trip!

Lovely home! Loved the music venues in the neighborhood.

This home was perfect for us. Clean and comfy with plenty of parking. There is a bar down on the boulevard that has outside speakers but the property owner contacted them and they quieted down right away. They still had music and a DJ but the noise level was fine and not noticeable indoor. And the music was over by 9pm. I am very thankful to Christine for dealing with this so quickly. 5 stars plus.

Stayed here with family and friends for our sons wedding at Castle in the Clouds. Perfect! Great location, lovely home, wonderful hosts. Christine was gracious, friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay in this cute house! Perfect location, short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Christine was great to work with, answered all of my questions very quickly.

Stayed here for my bachelor party in August ‘21. Christine was very communicative, clear, and helpful during booking. The house is, easily, one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in both in terms of amenities & space as well as location. I hope I can find another reason to stay here in the future because it was absolutely wonderful.

We loved renting pontoon boats, about a 5 min walk from the house.This space had everything we needed and my mother kept commenting on how perfect it was. Highly recommend!

House was well-equipped, communication with owners was excellent, and we had a great stay. If you want to be in downtown Weirs Beach this is the place to stay as it is literally a 3min walk to get to arcade area and eateries, or perhaps a 10min walk to the beach. Thank you!

we spent the weekend for a girls weekend here and were so happy with this place. Upon walking in it is so spacious, clean, organized and you can tell it has been well cared for over the years. The bedrooms are good sized, brand new AC units and fans, and we couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable the mattresses were! It has plenty of parking, great outdoor space and grilling! The location is within walking distance to the action but far enough away that you still have privacy. Communication with Christine was effortless and overall the experience was very user friendly. Would highly recommend this place!
