Très bien accueilli et contacté par les propriétaires. Bel appartement idéalement situé et idéal pour 4 personne. Résidence et alentours calme du moins hors saison (3ème semaine de janvier) ce qui était très appréciable. De très bonnes vacances. Merci :)

Appartement confortable et fonctionnel qui correspondait à la description faite par le propriétaire que nous remercions chaleureusement pour la délicate attention qu'il nous a réservée à notre arrivée. Excellent pied-à-terre pour découvrir Avoriaz et ses environs. Ce séjour nous a charmés et nous donnera sûrement envie d'y revenir. Enfin, une révérence appuyée à Stéphanie pour son très bel accueil !

Lovely and roomy apartment with everything you need. Annie was very helpful with questions and getting our ski equipment ordered. Fantastic view from the balcony, ideally situated apartment with a lift opposite the building (next to the small bakery) to get up to the main shopping area, which is very pretty. Be sure be pre-book restaurants as they get busy. Lovely to have an oven and washing machine in the apartment, makes life easier. Great week here, the pistes were great fun and not crowded.

Het appartement ligt aan de rand van een gezellig bergdorpje dat is gebouwd voor wintersport maar in de zomer wordt er vanalles georganiseerd om de bezoekers te entertainen. De keuken is rijkelijk uitgevoerd qua keukenapparatuur en -gerei. Dankzij twee (kleine) badkamers kun je hier prima verblijven met 4 tot 6 personen. De hostess en haar man ontvingen ons vriendelijk en hielpen ons meteen met onze vragen.

Nous avons été magnifiquement ravis par notre séjour à Avoriaz dans votre appartement cet été. Le confort, l'espace, le souci du détail, la propreté, la situation et le calme. Tout était au rendez-vous pour passer de belles vacances reposantes et vivifiantes. Nous avons bien profité du Multipass qui donne accès aux remontées mécaniques et à une foule d'activité (tennis, mini-golf, ping-pong, pétanques, badmington,...). Avoriaz est magnifique en été; la station est un vrai village de vacances et les paysages sont somptueux. Une très belle expérience que nous renouvellerons volontiers, en été mais aussi en hiver. On prend bien note de votre adresse et la recommande vivement. Encore merci de votre amabilité et de votre accueil...

description exacte, appartement et immeuble Sepia parfaitement entretenus, très bonnes info de la part du propriétaire qui est charmant ainsi que Stéphanie et Nicolas à l'arrivée. Je conseille cet appartement en sachant que si vous avez de tout petits enfants qui font la sieste il y a un peu de bruit avec le bar en dessous mais le soir c est le calme absolu et nous étions en période scolaire ! Nous avons dîné à la Réserve et c'était très agréable, les autres restau sont moyens mais il y a une boulangerie extra. Tout le monde est très sympa dans la station, le sourire est de règle et quel changement pour nous parisiens!!

Great ski-in ski-out apartment

We had a great week in Avoriaz. This apartment has great ski-in, ski-out with a lovely view of the slopes. The apartment is cosy and well decorated, warm with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped. The downstairs bunk room is small but has storage under the beds and in the cupboard in the hallway outside the room. The upstairs sleeping/bathroom area has plenty of space. There were 4 adults staying in the apartment so was great to have a second shower room downstairs and plenty of seating in the lounge. We had good communication with the owner and it was nice to have someone in the apartment to greet us on arrival. We thought the price was good value compared to other rental properties in the area. There is a bread shop just opposite the apartment block which is handy for the day’s supply of bread. We found the apartment quiet, being on the edge of ‘town’, but the walk to the shops/bars is not too far. There is a reception area in the Sepia building with a helpful receptionist. We would definitely be happy to use this apartment again should we return to Avoriaz.

Bel appartement, récent, agencé de belle manière avec tout l'électroménager utile, comprenant aussi de rangements nombreux. Les couchages sont neufs et agréables. L'atmosphère de l'appartement, la décoration et le choix des matériaux utilisés permettent de sentir réellement dans un logement montagnard. Belle vue sur la montagne et les pistes. Même si situé sur le bas de la station, les infracstrutures de la station permettent un déplacement facile et rapide au centre du village. Egalement, le local à ski donne directement sur les pistes. Aucun véhicule ne circule dans la station hormi des traineaux avec chevaux, des chenillars pour les services et des scooters. Bel appartement dans une très belle station à tous points de vue.

Un appartement vraiment spacieux et trés agréable à vivre. La décoration est une véritable réussite. Tout y est : design, esprit chalet montagnard, confort. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, tous les renseignements utiles fournis, et leurs recommandations plus qu'utiles (surtout les Délices d'Antan, une pure trouvaille...gourmande!!). Tout est réuni pour un séjour vraiment réussi.
