Only two blocks to the beach, less than a block to Island View Casino, and in the heart of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Casa Verde a cozy two-bedroom bungalow within easy walking distance to white sands and beautiful sunsets, Gulfport's only casino, Island View, and less than a mile to the downtown Gulfport restaurant district.

This charming bungalow decorated with cool, vintage items has two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a large bathroom with a double shower and vintage claw-foot tub.

Casa Verde is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Casa Verde's kitchen has most of what you need to whip up a vacation meal. It is equipped with an electric oven/stove, microwave, wine cooler, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Gulfport hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the flat-screen SmartTV.

There is a fenced-in backyard with a dog house for your furry friends, and the front porch is perfect for relaxing.

Being Gulfport is a port city, please be aware that there are train tracks located behind the home. It is one of those things we have to accept if wanting to be close to the beach. We do provide earplugs for each guest to help those who are not accustomed to it.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

I loved everything about property. Our dogs enjoyed fenced in back yard. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. We spent 3 nights there and we definitely will book again! Only small problem was bedroom door handle came off door.

I came to Mississippi for the first time with my boyfriend, his brother and his wife. We were meeting up with family on the beach for 4th of july for a celebration of life as their father had recently passed at the beginning of the year. This little house was absolutely perfect for the time we were here. We were all so comfortable and check in/ check out was incredibly smooth and easy! This location was great in Gulfport! Close to Island View casino and downtown Gulfport. The house has a lot of charm and there is a train that runs behind the property but it actually added some charm to the experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and as shown on website. Only problem was there needs to be brighter lighting in the house. Several bulbs were burned out and need replacing. Our dog liked the backyard but didn't go in the dog house.

Spacious and nice cool place to return to after being in terrific heat of the day. Decent location a few blocks from the coastal highway and beach. The home is a bit older and could use some sprucing up and some attention to deep cleaning but overall I’d recommend it.

The property location was great. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property. However, I do have 2 negative comments. 1. The train that passed by the backyard was a shock. 2. The yards both front and back could use some attention, the back yard isn't very usable with the way the tree branches are overgrown. Overall- I was very pleased with this property! great locations for our need. Thank You

The house is about 4 blocks from the beach and you have to walk across the highway. The manager communicated with us easily. The house does need some yard maintenance and some deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay very much though and would definitely stay again. It is an older home just as the pictures show.

The location of the house was perfect and it’s in a pretty side of the town close to the beach and casino. The train is so loud and right by the house! I would suggest blackout curtains bc it gets so very bright in both bedrooms very early.

Came to town for a softball tournament/family vacation. Great location, close to beach, cute, comfy house. Check in was super easy and we had a great stay! Would definitely stay again. The train wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be and we stayed in the North bedroom. Our kids were in the front and never heard a thing.

Clean, spacious house with an amazing bathroom. My wife loved the tub and I have never experienced a shower so huge. Very close to the beach, just wish it had been warmer. Also close to 90 and Pass Road. Those will take you anywhere you want to go. Owner has put together a great resource of restaurants, attractions etc. Everything about the place is thought out with the renter in mind. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was the easiest we've ever had, House was very clean and ready for us. Property Manager responded very quickly to any questions we had. Internet was Fast, Property is very close to the Fun! Beds were comfortable and the Shower was Huge! Backyard is fenced in, perfect for the dogs. We'll stay here again!!!

This is a lovely 😍 house and perfect for the traveling dog. There is a nice fully fenced backyard and the furniture is generally dog safe. The huge tub is splendid. The beach is very close. There is a train track basically in the backyard but I slept like a baby. Excellent communication with the property manager. Most pleased with my stay.

Property Management extremely non-personal, Fiancé’ diagnosed with Covid the morning of our check-in date. Communicated diagnosis to Property Management, which were unwilling to cancel or schedule to another date. In addition Property Management was willing and ok with confirmed Covid Guest to stay on the property, which I did not feel comfortable due to putting future guest at risk. Also after booking, it was later communicated via email that there were broken appliances and damage to doors/walls from past guest having pets. VERY DISASATISFIED due to the unwillingness to work with guest and the “after the fact” on the status of the property.

The floors everywhere was full of dog hair and hair balls, I was forced to wash my socks and bed clothes during my trip. The house is eclectic but not clean. The white front door and in the bathroom door need to be cleaned, it was filthy.
