No water jug or glasses to consume water- basic essential is definitely needed !

Staff was rude and tipped me of they took money Out of my account for smoking in the room when I'm a non smokers the room did smell like smoke but it smelled like that when I arrived so I think they just a load of spammer's rude ugly people who are only out to rip there customers of I would never stay there again

The rooms were really nice. Comfortable beds & fantastic views outside, could see the gold coast from our room! It was also very quiet which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also had a rooftop bar/restaurant and an adjoining gym so that was handy to have! Great stay, would recommend
