Good coffee shop across the road
Air-conditioning was mouldy and had a horrendous smell, to the point of us requesting alternate accommodation. This was flatly refused despite are ongoing communication to resolve the matter. Promised technicians to fix never arrived. We booked something else for the rest of our stay.

Good location, calm area.
Need to fix some things - and will be very good.

Everything is good, the apartment is spacious and have kitchen
The bathroom is not okay, on the first day, there was no shower 🚿, only a tube of water so when we were showering, we have to hold the tube in one hand at all time. Also the light in the bathroom was not working so we have to use our cellphone flashlight every night. this is not convenient at all. However the owner fixed the shower on the next day, but never show up to fix the light.

Felt right at home, cosy space and well decorated. It was equipped with all the things you might need. Spacious and comfy

We really enjoyed the location and the facilities once we managed to get in.
Other than the door and parking snafu, really can’t fault the place. It was what you would expect from an AirBnB situation. It was fine… but I don’t think we’ll be using it again next time we’re in Nicosia.
I swear you need a degree in calculus to work the codes to get in. First the instructions made it seem like the key box was outside the building (it was outside the room) and then the code for the door didn’t work, but luckily the code for the physical key worked (after 10 minutes of trying to pen the box at midnight and trying to get my 3 overtired children to not bother the neighbours). I was constantly worried we would lock ourselves out!
The parking was also not clear. We ended up parking 2 blocks away as weathered certainly wasn’t on-site parking and the map they showed on where to park on the street was just confusing…
Nothing we couldn’t overcome, but certainly caused more stress than needed.

the appartment was recently renovated, the terrace was great. there is a great breakfast place nearby
it was a bit difficult to find at first, despite the instructions

The flat is super cosy and comfortable. Close to taxis and buses that easily take us to other locations in Cyprus. I recommend.

Building old and poorly maintained..ugly entrance

-Location
the place was not clean at all.
-Found some red hair on the under bedsheets and also on the pillow.
-The couch had a very weird smell like old food.
-No mirror in the room. just one in the bathroom and one as a decorative item next to the paintings.
-Door handle was broken.
-VERY VERY old building and all the windows of the building on the ground floor are all always open,so everyone can easily get in.
-On the description says” free toilet papers” we just had 1 for 4 days ( 2 people)

A very nice just renovated apartment. There is everything you need in there. The communication with the owner was also really smooth and the self check in instructions clear.

The property is just how it looks in the pictures. Modern and clean.
The noise in the mornings can be very loud so definitely pack earplugs.

Very beautiful living room and big kitchen area

I liked that there is a thermostat for hot water heater.
The stairway and the building itself is dirty. looks like nobody cares about it.

The apartment has all the necessary things for food.
There is no individual parking space. I had to park far from home.
