In a villa 20 meters from the sea and pine forest, rent a beautiful apartment, its plus, is the comfort of the ground floor, its freshness on hot summer days, its large enclosed outdoor area and furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and outdoor sink . Inside the apartment is developed with a large double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds (4 beds, plus a baby cot) kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The price includes utilities (excluding natural gas for the winter period), prices do not include final cleaning, possible rental of bed linen and towels, washing machine condominium, agreements with beach and restaurants, pets are allowed. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, the price includes the use of the washing machine once a week for a wash, if you want to use it several times, the cost is € 3.00 per wash. Prices are inclusive of utilities, if you want to use energy-efficient appliances such as fans, mobile air conditioners, electric grill, microwave oven, electric coffee makers, electricity is calculated separately and you must give notice at the beginning of the stay. Prices are not inclusive of final cleaning costs that must be paid on arrival and amount to € 60.00, in the case of animals are € 80.00. Upon arrival you must also pay the deposit of € 50.00 for any damage, which will be returned upon departure if no damage to the apartment and property is registered.
On the spot the tourist tax of 0.80 euros per person per day for a maximum of 6 days must be paid. Those under 14 are exempted, the disabled and their companion.

Gentilissimo.il.proprietario BUONA la vicinanza dal mare veritiera case troppo vicine e treno ben 44 nelle 24 ore da far tremare tutto.Mare poco pulito.

Casa molto accogliente e fornita di tutto. Molto pulita e davvero vicinissima alla spiaggia. Padroni di casa ospitali ci siamo sentiti amici più che ospiti.

Siamo stati ospiti per una settimana dal Sig. Gabriele settimana scorsa. Ottima l'accoglienza e l'assistenza, apprezzatissima la serata passata in compagnia della famiglia Di Girolamo. L'appartamento è pratico e confortevole, letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Inoltre il centro è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Fantastica la pista ciclabile sul lungomare. We hebben wederom een heerlijk weekend gehad, met dit keer helemaal geluk met het weer. De Engelse recensie vanuit 2014 is ook van ons en we hebben eigenlijk weinig aan te vullen. Als je zin hebt om er even tussen uit te vliegen voor een paar dagen heerlijk wandelen aan het strand, verse vis kopen bij vissers op het strand, zwemmen, kortom, zon, zee, strand dan zit je in Pineto helemaal goed. Binnen 50 passen met je voetjes in het heerlijke zand. De trein blijft een beetje dichtbij, maar daar wenden wij in ieder geval al snel aan. Supermarkt, slager, bakker, alles op loopopstand. Echt top break. Wij kennen het dus niet in het hoogseizoen. Dan zal het veel drukker zijn. Gastvrije verhuurders, zeer sympathiek. Genieten!

We've enjoyed our stay at...

We've enjoyed our stay at Pineto very much. For us it's a perfect spot for a short stay really close to the beautifull beaches of Pineto and neighborvillages. Within a minut you're at the beach and sea, where you can walk for hours. Within two minutes you buy fresh fish every day and within 5 minutes you're at the bakery, supermarket and a restaurant/pizzeria. The appartment is great for up to 4 people, where we would advice this for a family with children, not for 4 adults. The shower is small and there's a big bedroom and a small bedroom with a bunk. You can sit perfectly outside for lunch or dinner. The kitchen is wel equipped for cooking. And for us this is very important. You can also eat inside, the kitchen is also the livingroom. Also there is protection in windows against mosquitos (not in the main door). It's well cleaned. You have to consider that you're close to a railway. We knew this before we went, because we're familiar with the surroundings. We think the beach/see is worth more than the noise of the train, but fact is, that it's there. Ofcourse the advantage of the railway is, that it's a place that's easy to reach with public transport. Gabriele is very helpfull and friendly. For a friendly price he'll pick you up on the airport when he has the possibility. For an evening flight this was great. During the day it's really easy to go by train/bus to Pescara. We think that Pineto is the best town to stay, when you want to be close to the beach in this part of Italy. The beaches of Pineto and the neighborvillages are endless and like a dream and clean. Ofcourse we weren't there in the high season. You have to consider that it'll be more crowded then with tourists. And there might me more music on the street. But still Pineto isn't too big. It has a nice centre, with some nice, elegant shops. (Giulianova, Silvi Marina, Roseto f.e. are bigger places, nice for some shopping probably, but for us too big.) You can rent a car in Giulianova and visit some beautifull places in the hills and mountains! Abruzzo is very beautifull and one of our favorite regions of Italy!

"Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Beschreibung entsprach dem vorgefundenem Zustand voll.Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die kleine Küchenzeile war für uns auch vollkommen ausreichend. Der sehr weitläufige und saubere Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort bietet tagsüber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und abends das typisch italienische Flair, da immer viele Leute unterschiedlichsten Alters prominieren.Die leute sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Liebe Grüße an unsere Vermieter!"

Siamo stati molto contenti. La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia ed alla pineta. Il rumore del treno e del vicino albergo non sono sufficienti a guastare la piacevolezza del soggiorno.

"Siamo stati molto contenti, la Signora Lilia è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La casa è davvero vicina la mare tanto che potevamo farci precedere dai bambini se c'era rimasto qualche lavoro da finire in casa. L'appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e con una terrazza davvero ampia. L'unico problema potrebbero averlo persone sensibili al rumore, soprattutto alla sera treno e albergo vicino fanno da colonna sonora. Nulla comunque se confrontato ai tanti aspetti positivi."

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, ben equipaggiato e vicinissimo al mare. E' l'ideale per una vacanza tranquilla, soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini. Sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno, i bimbi hanno apprezzato molto (ed anche noi) le spiagge attrezzate, i treni che passano non lontano e il patio davanti alla casa, chiuso, dove giocare sicuri...mentre mamma e papà leggono un giornale!
