Our condo is a spacious, three bedroom, three full bathroom unit located on the first floor. The home comfortably sleeps 9 with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, a set of twin bunkbeds and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom and two twin rollaway beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television. The kitchen (newly updated in 2021) is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, prep tools and tableware you need whether you plan to create gourmet meals or simply blend a batch of frosty drinks each night. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area ensures your whole family can be together while relaxing in residence. The dining table features ample seating for eight while bar seating for an additional four is available at the kitchen island. The roomy living section boasts two plush sofas, a large flat screen television and a DVD player. Complimentary WiFi service is included.
The greatest convenience of all is the location. Surrounded by palm trees and shrubbery, simply step off the back patio and you're at the Seacrest Beach pool. We had a fantastic stay at the Villas of Seacrest! The condo was on first floor, steps away from the lagoon pool. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys there in unit for our use. The kitchen had all the supplies needed. The condo, pool and grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We love the Seacrest/ Rosemary areas. Very relaxing vacation!!

Pool proximity along with the beach tram make it an easy pool/beach vacation for families with young kids. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Felt a little bigger than the pictures let on, look forward to staying again!

Lovely property, close to pool and beach. A perfect vacation spot for our family of 4. Only suggestion that we would have is different mattresses in the bedrooms. The beds were uncomfortable.

The condo was very spacious, super clean, and all communication with property mgmt was quick and friendly! You open the back door and are right at the pool, open the front door and are a two minute walk to the beach! Highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back soon!

The property was perfect for our family. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old and the proximity to the pool was unmatched. We had plenty of space and it was a great location to everything (quick walk down to Starbs). This was the week of the hurricane and the communication leading up to our stay was phenomenal. Really appreciate the responsiveness and communication! Totally recommend this spot!! We’ll be back!

This was are 4th year in a row staying here at Seacrest Beach! Second time in this unit! We love everything about the pool, the beach, the condo, the tram, and the overall experience for our family. We have 5 young kids (9,7,5,4,1) and they always seem to enjoy it here. We will be back next year!

Just what we were looking for!
We had a wonderful week at this first-time property. It was exactly what we were looking for! Our young kids loved the pool and our patio was literally steps away from it. We also enjoyed the short walk to the Pavilion and the close proximity to the beach. The beach is a bit crowded (the umbrella rental company puts up way too may umbrella's and chairs than they have a need for so it takes up a ton of real estate). My advice, get to the beach early and claim your spot! But, we enjoyed our time on the beach too. We will definitely return!

The best place in Seacrest!
This was our family’s second time to stay in this condo. Our family loves the closeness to the pool and the beach. The location is perfect and the condo is very clean. We will be back summer after summer.

Great vacation
We had two babies with us this week, the pool was awesome for them, while at the beach they didn’t like sand on there teething rings! Lol

The accommodations are everything they say but ….
All the reviews are accurate. Perfect condo, perfect location, perfect communication from host.
But in thinking about trying to say something that is helpful … Seacrest is really crowded and a vacation destination for families with small children. The private beach is small so I recommend you rent the chairs. Take advantage of the public park and the public beach which the host will tell you about in their very helpful instructions.
I highly recommend the condo. Could not have made a better choice in accommodations but our visit had lots of rainy weather and riptides all week.

Very enjoyable!
Nice place. Close to tram stop. Pool area was nice just don’t bring anything to play with in the pool. My boys had a little ball that was squishy to throw back and forth and that wasn’t allowed. Other than that everything was great!

Great Location and Family Spot
This was our first trip to 30A and it was amazing. The proximity of the beach communities made getting around really easy (10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to Alys and Rosemary Beaches)Having the two bikes included in our stay was a great perk and the location of the condo was perfect, less than a five minute walk to the beach. We stayed for five days and had enough paper towels, toiletries, and bath towels, but anything longer and we would have needed to pick up more supplies.
For those traveling in cooler months, March included, it was 70 degrees outside but the pool was pretty chilly. Our kids did not attempt to swim and there weren’t many others either. Also, be sure to make reservations at local restaurants or arrive early! During Spring Break, it was hard to find a table.
Overall, we would definitely stay again!

My friends and I had a great time. The condo was very nice with great location. The pool was amazing and steps out the back door. The location was very close to Rosemary and Aly’s beach which was so nice to be able to walk to places!

Accommodations were perfect!
This is a lovely condo in a great location in Seacrest Beach North. We have been coming to this area for 17 years and this property was very clean and fit our family with teenagers so well. It's within walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Seacrest Beach but also Rosemary and Alys Beach. The 2 bikes were a plus! We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

Great Family Getaway
Property in and out was clean and the ground crew super friendly. Loved its location, very close to restaurants and shops, making it super convenient for walking and riding bike. Very nice to have the pool right outside the door and for the beach it was a super short walk across the street. We have been here numerous times before and our favorite place to come with our family. Very relaxing.

Loved this condo! Cute decor. We’ll equipped! Location is perfect. We easily walked to the beach, and loved being right by pool. If I had to think of any areas that could be improved….the internet was very slow, and a smart tv in the family area would have been nice the one day it rained.

Amazing Family Vacation
The condo was extremely clean. The location is awesome and leads directly out to the pool. We were a bit hesitant about that aspect, but the bedrooms are on the other side of the condo so sound from the pool wasn't an issue. Owners were very quick to respond and helpful. The walk to the beach was easy, even with three kids. All in all it was a perfect family vacation and we will definitely book again in the future!!

Great vacation spot!
This property was beautiful! My favorite part was walking right out to the awesome pool! There was a huge back patio with no stairs to climb. The bikes provided were a huge hit! We ordered a few more for the others and rode them everywhere! The place is a great size and beds comfortable. The one thing that I was warned about and didn’t like was how crowded the beach was. You had to get your chairs out by 7;30 or you couldn’t get a good spot. And, while the walk wasn’t too bad, we weren’t allowed to “roll” our beach cart on the beachside property. We were made to carry the cart, instead of allowing it to roll, with our chairs and umbrella. This is written in the information given, just be sure you don’t overlook this part. Despite those two things, it was a wonderful vacation and well worth the money!

This house checked every box I was looking for! The location is perfect and made it so easy for us to leave our car in the lot. The house is equipped with everything you need!!!! The pool is steps away from your back door! There isn’t a thing I would change!

Beautiful Relaxing Get-away
Truly a getaway in a beautiful family atmosphere. The condo was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Once we arrived and parked our vehicle, it was not until we checked out that we used it again. It was nice to have access to bikes. Everywhere people were riding bikes or walking . Very friendly and safe area. Easy access to pools, beach, restaurants, and shops. We absolutely loved our stay. Can't wait for our next stay. Thank you for sharing.
