Primrose Cottage has been completely renovated keeping the romantic ambience by successfully blending the old with the new. It has four Bedrooms - 2 with Queen Size Beds and 1 with 2 Single Beds and 1 with a King Single Bed. The lounge room comes complete with a cosy leather lounge, a 106cm plasma television to die for. A true "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" that is perfect for Familes and Business Stays. An Outdoor Barbeque, Entertainment area, double lockup garage with automatic Roller Door and ample off street parking completes this property. DUCTED HEATING AND COOLING - A must in Albury during Winter and Summer Restaurants Primrose Cottage is within walking distance to a Hotel which serves scrumptious meals as well as a sidewalk cafe/coffee shop around the corner. It is within walking distance to the Cafes and Restaurants and main shopping area and only five minutes drive from the Albury Airport, Train Station and of course the Murray River and the renowned Cumberoona Paddle Steamer. Our twin city Wodonga is also only a hop, step and jump across the Murray.

We first booked Primrose cottage 12mths ago, then we were asked to move to Nathan cottage I can't remember why, then we ended up at bluebell cottage because the people staying in Nathan wanted to spend another night which would have been our first night.
Bluebell cottage was the same configuration as the others I believe. It was disappointing being moved so many times to accommodate others to find that there was no air conditioner at the end of the house where the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were it was very hot!
Also, the tap over the kitchen sink leaked and the bathroom basin tap continually leaked.
I am sure this will be rectified after feedback as the property manager was very nice to speak with.
The property was very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay.

Primrose Cottage was ideal for our weekend away with 5 friends. Warm, comfy beds, quiet, virtually everything we needed. Walking distance to great pub and central business area. Would happily stay again.

Perfectly located walking distance to Albury town centre, this was very much a home away from home. It is spacious and comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The property is 15 minutes walk from the vibrant town centre which os great. Two large bedrooms with a queen bed and a small bedroom with tow single beds. An extra room with one single bed is not in the main house and doesnt have heating/cooling. The second bathroom is also outside the main house and not really useful in winter at least. There is a bbq but we couldn't find any utensils to use or stuff to clean it. We arrived at 10pm and it took 24hours for the house to warm up so it will be nice if they can turn on the heater on cold winter nights ehen they have a booking. Nonetheless it is a lovely cottage and we loved staying there. Thank you

Property was exactly what we were expecting. Warm and cosy and it comfortably housed everyone. Parking was easy and short nice walk down the street into the main street.
So reasonably priced for the very comfortable place we got! Would stay again!

We had a great stay - the cottage is lovely, the location was close to the town centre & yet still very quiet. Everything we needed was provided & it was wonderful to arrive on a cold autumn evening & find the heating had been turned on for us.

We’ve stayed at Primrose Cottage a number of times when visiting family in Albury/Wodonga. This time we had four generations holidaying together. The house is always welcoming. Clean, well equipped with everything you would need and centrally positioned, so ideal to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Primrose Cottage was just wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. It had off street parking which was great and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Albury. You won't be disappointed if you book this property.

Great old house, close to the best pub in albury (star hotel) and a short walk to town. Lovely old place with all that you need. Host was very nice and easy to deal with.

The location is great, easy access and walking distance to town. The house was disappointing. The heating doesn’t work and the house is cold.
The house needs a good deep clean.
The house, linen, wardrobes & furniture all smelt musty and like sweat.
The pillows need replacing and also smell like sweat.
The kitchen window doesn’t lock
Need at least 2 towels per person provided.
Lighting needs upgrading as does lot of globes which need replacing. The flooring is also very squeaky making it annoying. The main couch smelt like spew and is also very uncomfortable.

The second bathroom is the outdoor laundry. Heaps of stuff didn't work eg, outdoor light, indoor lights, coffee plungers, bar stools, fridge lights etc these are 1st world problems. But, when the power goes out and there is no hot water in the morning.....
