Lokalita Příjemný personál Venkovní i vnitřní wellness (na kapacitu hotelu ale docela malé)

Malý a špatně vybavený pokoj Poměr ceny a kvality byl naprosto nedostačující Přehnaně vysoké ceny jídla i služeb Ač bylo jídlo v pořádku, ale za danou cenu by se dala očekávat výrazně vyšší kvalita i možnost výběru

Priemerny

Wellness bol prijemny, v októbri nefungovali vonkajšie sauny, ale kedze sme tam boli jedini navstevnici, nebol to problem.

Vo wellness by mohli byt do ponúkanej vody hodene aspon 2 citrony, piť teplu cistu vodu nebolo nic moc. Na izbe nie je v dnešnej dobe uz bezna kanvica, caj a kava. Postele su kovove a rozchadzaju sa, takze to tiez nie je prijemne.Hotel sa chova ako eko, takze nahradili male flasticky so samponmi a mydlami jednou pri umyvadle a druhou v sprche. Ta vsak urcite neobsahuje sampon, ale len mydlo, takze nastala doba, kedy si treba aj do 4* hotelov nosit vlastne sampony. Hoci bol hotel takmer prazdny, nemohli sme si zahrat biliard (stol bol zákryty plachtou), lebo vraj personal restauracie nema zetony. Hotelova reštaurácia pôsobí ako jedalen, pocas vecere sa pozerate na prazdne stojany do ktorych pride na ranajkach teple jedlo. Neutulne, chladne prostredie, maly vyber alkoholu a v podstate aj jedal. Ranajky neboli o 7:00 este kompletne pripravene. Mozno je tento hotel dobrý pre lyziarov, ale mimo sezony by mohol popracovat na kvalite sluzieb.

Fajn ale pravdepodnobne sa už do tohto hotela nevrátime.

Personál na recepcii bol veľmi milí a ochotní. Lokalita hotela je výborná, lanovka je skutočne kúsok. V cene ubytovania sme mali aj lanovky a vstup do aquaparkov.

Nemilo nás prekvapilo stravovanie, počas nášho pobytu sme dosť dlho čakali na dokladanie jedla (aj počas raňajok, aj počas večere) a pokiaľ výber nie je až taký veľký (ako tomu bolo v tomto prípade), tak by jedlo malo byt stále k dispozícii a personál by si to mal vedieť ustrážiť. Počas nášho pobytu tomu tak bohužiaľ nebolo. Bazén vo wellness bol na kapacitu hotela pomerne malý.

Szép helyen, hangulatosan berendezett szobákkal és segítőkész személyzettel, kitűnő konyhával.

Gyönyörű helyen található, egy szépséges kis tó közvetlen közelében, a hegyek ölelésében, a Jasná központban. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Ízlésesen berendezett szobák, hangulatos világítással. Kényelmes ágyak, pihe-puha paplan, klassz, "kemény" párna. Szuper konyhával, különlegesen finom ételekkel a reggelinél és a vacsoránál is, profi és kedves kiszolgálással.

Minden szoba között technikai helyiség található. Reggel 6-kor nem túl pihentető a centrifuga hangját hallgatni, a mosógép beállításánál hallható pittyegő hanggal szinkronban. A családos akcióknak köszönhetően a közösségi terekben, (a folyosókon, az étteremben, a teraszon) állandó a zsivaj, a rohangálás. A gyerekek aranyosak, ám, ha valaki csendre és nyugalomra vágyik a pihenés alatt, itt nem találja meg.

The hotel is located very close to the ski lift, ski equipment storage easily accessible and has a dryer. The breakfast and dinner was amazing.

Passable and saved by proximity to snow.

Location for access to slopes was really good. Spa was nice.

I don’t know if service just isn’t a thing in Slovakia but didn’t have a single good service experience in 5 days. Not one member of staff interested in delivering on expectations. Service ahead of arrival was painful when asking questions through booking.com. Hotel food offerings really not good and closest grocery store is a €25 taxi ride away (€50 return). Chaps in hotel ski rental quite gruff. No kettle in room.

hotel nice - but old / worn out many things gym - poor spa / pool / jacuzzi - old, not nice place to spent time afer skiing day restaurant - average price - too hi for such old hotel if wheather conditions is bad for skiing, hotels facilities is not good for time spending - you have anything to do

Very noisy room. Wind was blowing under the door. Scarce breakfast. Pool table in the hallway with payment (4-5 eur pe hour after you pay 300 eur/night👎).

Regular tv has no English content Reception surly and don’t answer phone Waiters remove your plates while still eating No courtesy shower facilities on check our day Bed and pillows shocking Miniscule wardrobe space Bar poorly stocked Half of the wellness is outdoors…including the jacuzzis if you don’t mind walking through snow or slipping and breaking your neck to get there and getting hypothermia along the way. And then the hot tubs were tepid No enforcement of wellness rules eg quiet. Screaming Slavs and Israelis in particular in sauna and steam room made the experience deeply unpleasant Pretty classless guests, with no manners, barging past you to get in lifts, lockers, dinner etc, partying in jacuzzi and rooms Fitness area very poor Only 2 lifts which are slow and always full

The ski lifts are so close. Great location! The wellness section is superb. The staff of the wellness are so helpful and nice. Also the people at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

The staff doesn’t really speak English. The bar staff was rude every evening when visited that area
