chambre vaste et silencieuse

Checkout desastreux: pas de personnel disponble à 7h30: ils servent le petit-déjeuner. Problème informatique au checkout (est-ce un pretexte pour ne pas faire le checkout et continuer à servir le petit déjeuner?) Pas de réception le dimanche après-midi

Very good

I did a late check-in, had to call a different number and managed to get into the property after the operator gave me the codes and opened the box with the key

The room has a modern design and the fridge had a funny smell, otherwise all good

Pleasant

The room had all the amenities and was clean and works well as an aparthotel. The parking below was a plus and we were very grateful to have that! The location is great! Right next to a lovely park that also leads onto a street full of restaurants just a few 100m from the front door!

The building needs an upgrade, the reception, and ground floor and passage way areas need some TLC. The rooms themselves are very small and the boiler is right next to the toilet making it quite cramped. There was also a sewage smell when coming up from the parking lot that wasn't pleasing.

Perfect stopover.

Very clean. Better facilities than a straight hotel room, You can make a drink or breakfast in your studio. Excellent underground secure parking. Very good value for money and super close to Reims centre. Staff helpful.

Nothing - all good. This is not super luxury accommodation, but its very good value for money for what it is.

perfect getaway for a night or a few days, economical

staff was friendly and kind, very helpful. check-in was quick. Loved the location 5min away from the train station yet far enough so that you feel you are in town yet not bothered by the trains. Location is residential and modern, quiet at night. The rooms are very economical too. only paid 65 EUR a night with a super large, kitchen equipped room and large bathroom (in which the toiliet was - which I do not mind).The room also has a boiler and coffee machine (filter) and all glass/cutlery/plates you need in addiition to the stove and fridge. The heating was working well (including in the bathroom) and the toilettry was clean. Contrary to my earlier review in 2021, I found the noise insulation was very good and improved (my room was on a lower floor as well). I can only recommend this place.

Cozy apartment!

The bed was good and the space for the kids as well as the kitchenette wre a plus. Parking lot close to the city very good too. Good internet and desk. Very good light and big windows in the room.
