Wyjątkowy pobyt- polecam

Przede wszystkim niezwykle miły personel. Podróżuję często, ale tutaj czuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Sam hotel jest bardzo przyjemny, pokoje bardzo ładne i wygodne, na dodatek z balkonem. Ponadto parking wliczony w cenę. Podróżowaliśmy z rowerami, które bez problemu mogliśmy tam zostawić, gdy zwiedzaliśmy wspaniałe Arles. Byliśmy już drugi raz w tym hotelu i z pewnością tam wrócimy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

ideally located and efficient service

The reception on the day of arrival is perfect. Breakfast offers a wide choice to suit all tastes. The lunch room is very pleasant with plenty of space to have a quiet lunch. The site manager comes toward you to inquire about your comfort.

All i was awaited came true so it is difficult to search negative points for which I am not concerned about them.

Very sympathetic and welcoming, young team. Heartful, helpful and with humour! You will feel well there from the beginning.

Actually nothing. To drive back with the bike in the night to the hotel from Arles Old Town is a bit spooky and quite dark. But it's just a 10 min ride.

Very disappointing, room not as advertised , feel cheated

nothing really

Rooms were tiny, A/c was apparently switched off by the owner to save costs despite the hotel being advertised as rooms with A/c which was one of our criteria when we searched. The garden view was very misleading as all we could hear was cars on a busy road when we opend the door to the balcony.

Very pleasant staff. A quiet location outside the city.

Almost none of the information provided regarding contact info and check in times was correct. The hotel only sent us an automatically generated message that was for the wrong season. We rushed to make it until the reception was supposedly closed around 20:00 LT, only to find out (after calling from roaming (we are from a country outside of EU), because they were not answering texts via booking chat) it is actually open until 22:00. Also, they made a mistake with the booking itself and charged me double the amount BEFORE our actual stay, and the reservation specified that we would not be charged until our stay. Even though we managed the misunderstanding with the friendly and helpful staff, my money was actually returned almost a month later!

An average accomodation

I liked that it was on the way to Barcelona where I needed it to be. I liked the possibility of a night entrance and arriving late. The breakfast place was pretty and big and comfortable.

The AC unit was loud and clicking. The room did not have a fresh smell when we arrived. There was something that left a lot of bite marks probably mosquitoes. The breakfast cost extra money it was not worth it in my opinion it was just a regular breakfast with options.

Charming hotel in perfect location for our sightseeing trips.

Delightful family run hotel. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful proprietor and personnel. Pleasant and comfortable room with garden and pool view. Good breakfast. Good size pool with sunbeds. Garden with chickens! plenty of outdoor seating in shade/sun as preferred. Quiet location on outskirts of Arles.

I liked the location for some space and parking and closer to the Comargue.

The in room facilities were sparse. No tea making facilities, just small paper cups, one towel.

helpful staff and great to have use of pool as it was very hot. good breakfast service.

The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool and garden. The staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful! The hotel has microwave and a small fridge at the disposal of customers which is very convenient.

There is no kettle/coffee/tea in the room. But the staff was happy to boil water for us so we still could make tea/coffee
