Great stay and big thank you to the staff for helping us out with charging our phones

The staff was super nice, although we arrived much earlier before the check in time we got the room right away, on top of it we got a free upgrade, for which we were very grateful. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The foyer and staircase are quite grand. We didn’t eat dinner there but the buffet breakfast was very good. The property is well taken care off, would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel and will return.

The excellent service started before we arrived at the hotel during a phone call with Giuseppe who advised me on where to eat and where to go once in Acireale. We arrived a little earlier than the allowed check in time but Giuseppe was so kind to make sure we were in our room within minutes, we also had an unexpected upgrade which is always a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, the temperature was comfortable and so were the beds, we all slept very well. Reception staff were always ready to help with the many questions I had and pointing us in the right direction to the local sites and eateries. The service was top class, even when I was on the train on the way home they had telephoned me to make sure that we had caught our return train on time. Brilliant! Giuseppe is a big asset to this hotel, he knew everything and made us feel welcome. I am even thinking to book again next month.

Breakfast could have been better, I would have liked to have seen less cake (there was so many varieties) more healthy options, oats, Greek Yoghurts, fresh fruit, some fresh bread that can be toasted, nuts and seeds. The cappuccino was very nice though!

This hotel is one of a kind, first of all the staff are extremely caring, when we arrived the young girl at the front desk answered all our concerns and provided us also with a plug compatible with our country. the staff makes sure you feel like home. The rooms and hotel are very clean. we also liked the fresh breakfast also providing us gluten free bread and gluten and egg free biscuit. will for surely recommend and will visit again.

Centrally located hotel with roofed private parking

The location is excellent to visit the centre of Acireale. We use Acireale as a base to go to Taormina and Giardini Naxos. We also went to Catania. The staff at this hotel are amazing. You always find someone ready to help.

Fantastic stay

All the staff was very friendly and helpful in meeting all our requests. We had a perfect stay, wonderfully Aircondition room, extremely comfortable beds and spotless linen. The housekeeping staff that we met Antonella and Annamarie together with the front desk staff are customer friendly and responded quickly to our request.

Location and available safe indoor parking. A short walk into the historic center where all the attractions are located. Plenty of restaurants to choose from! The room was clean and modern.
