nothing
very old building with a disgusting musty smell. shower door was broken, barely could be opened. staff do not speak English. breakfasts are very weak. for 8 nights have cleaned room once. did not change sheets, btw there are very old and have a lot of spots on it. low wall soundproofing. should be considered as 2 star hotel to be honest

The hammam was good.
Not a good place to stay for English people.
The food was of limited choice.
No tea, coffee or water provided in the room.

The staff was very nice, always ready to help. The food was great. Not many options, but you could always find something good to eat. I asked for a vegan diet and for every meal they had one or two options for me and sometimes the even made an extra meal for me.
The hotel is really close to Kleopatra beach - just down the street. The teleferik is about 5min away.
I also tried the hamam - Turkish bath in the hotel. It was my first time trying it, but it was really great. The masseuse was great. She really did an amazing job.
I don't really have any complains

The location is good, very close to the sea
My rooms walls were covered in mold. After one week of staying in the room with mold, I am not feeling well, due to the effect it leaves on health.
Some days, there was an issue with electricity, I was reporting it to reception, to what I received a very rude response, as if it was my fault.
One day returning after beach I couldn’t charge my phone that completely died or take a shower, because I had no electricity. Again reporting to the same person in concierge (male) he shouted at me saying he is tired of it……
Exceptionally rude person, made me uncomfortable passing by reception afterwards.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is very close to the sand beach, there are shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The ropeway to the castle is very close too. Food is good, practically no queues in the restaurant because the process is organized efficiently. Wi-fi is not bad.
Beach towels and safety box are for an additional charge, so if you don’t want to pay extra money, take your beach towel with you or buy one in Alanya. Soundproofing could be better in the rooms: you can hear noises from your neighbors.

Everything needed is presented, nothing odd.
We arrived mid of Sep, were informed that we will have to live in the nearest hotel of poorer quality (shower not working, awful state of walls, doors and furniture) for 2 nights. We insisted on a room in Remi and was provided one.
9.2 / 10.0
Remi hotel location is magnificent, it is very close to the beach, aqua park, Damlatas cave, Alanya teleferik/cable car, many restaurants, shops, and city center.
The food is great, very well prepared and tasty, there is many different meals to chose from, all meals are served as a buffet.
The hotel has a pool which is clean and well maintained. Our room was little bit dated and somewhat strangely shaped, but we had a balcony looking at the pool.
The hotel does not have a private parking, but they usually keep few spots in front of the hotel for their guests occupied so there is always a way to park the car.
Most of the stuff does not speak English, but they are always ready to help, and very polite.
I would not talk about those utterly personal complaints like how comfortable were the beds, or how soft were the pillows because those are extremely personal and can not translate to all of us, also it is very unrealistic to expect that hotel pillows and beds will suit all of us. Some of us like those to be soft others not so much, so no point in complaining about things like this. With that being said the beds and pillows were nice for us.
Objectively there is only two things we did not like about our stay at Remi hotel:
First, air-condition was working in a sense that it blows cool air, but it does not respond to temperature change so there is only ON or OFF, and 3 fan speeds which was simply not enough for comfortable use. During the day it was relatively manageable, but as we fall asleep it was simply too cold, or too hot by turning it off. Our solution is to use one of the big towels to regulate air flow, this was not very elegant solution but it somewhat worked for us.
Second, although there is no smoking in the hotel and in the rooms, smoking is allowed by the pool and outside the lobby so basically this means that all around the hotel it is one large smoking zone. It is very unpleasant by the pool, and what is more important it is impossible to open the balcony door or enjoy on it because of the smoke. I understand it is Turkey where smoking is some type of cultural behaviour, but this was the thing that made our stay little bit uncomfortable so I will mention it.
