I stayed at Locanda Degli Agrumi from May 27 to June 7, and I realized that words are not enough to describe this wonderful place. When you arrive here, you can certainly say that you have entered a corner of paradise. The landscapes, the flowers, and the tranquility take your breath away. Everything was perfect: the room and the bathroom were spacious, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Everything sparkled with cleanliness, and the linens and towels were impeccably white. Gratitude and many thanks to the lady responsible for this aspect! The breakfast was rich, varied, fresh, and very tasty. The terrace where we ate was unreal! And all this is thanks to Salvadore, who is truly a remarkable person. Always smiling, calm, funny and available to help tourists 24 hours a day. We received all the information we needed for our trips along the Amalfi Coast from him. Thank you very much, Salvadore, for everything. We will definitely come again. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent location close to a wonderful well priced restaurant. €1 bus down to the free beach. Clean, welcoming.

A pearl on the otherwise hectic and super crowded amalfi coast

If you have the chance stay at this hotel. We extended our stay to 7 nights and therefore stayed in three different rooms, all of them perfect! The view is fantastic and Salvatore is just the best host you could hope for. Highly recommended!

Pay more and stay somewhere which is in a better location.

Breakfast.

The location was terrible. There were ants and insects everywhere. The room was uncomfortable. The internet reception was incredibly poor. The aircon wasn’t working properly.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel, everything was perfect and Salvatore was so lovely. We rented a motorbike in amalfi which is needed if you stay here or some kind of transport, but we liked that it was set back into the cliffs, the views were beautiful. 10/10

Was great!

Thanks to ,, Salvatore‘ our stay was great . He was very helpful and joyful! The weather was very hot when we were there , that’s why so many mosquitos and Insekts were unfortunately in our room .

A magical experience

Salvatore is an amazing host. The view here is absolutely amazing, and he prepares breakfast for you every day. Our time here was magical, you are only a 10 to 15 minute walk from restaurants, markets, and the bus which you can take in either direction. I am planning on going back!

Fantastic location and very friendly host. Nice rooms with sea view. Good breakfast. Good pizza restaurant a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay there.

Little tricky to find. My satnav tried to take us up a footpath. Suspect this is a common issue in the area and not really a fault of the hotel

Very good

The view is absolutely stunning, and breakfast was really good. Also the manager is really friendly and makes you feel at home. There is a really nice restaurant close by, we even went there twice! Village is cosy and quiet, not overrun by tourists like many other places we visited on the Amalfi coast.

AC was quite loud so had to turn it off during the night. If you don't have a car, it is a bit challenging to get around as the nearest SITA bus stops are either 1km slightly uphill or 500 steps on the stairs down to the road below (perfectly manageable though, but good to be aware of).

Relaxing and beautiful.

The view from the room was beautiful, you could hear the sea every morning. Breakfast was served under a cute lemon orchard and the staff were very friendly and kind.

Excellent price / value, amazing view, very nice owner

The view is excellent. Most rooms have a terrance from where you can see the sea. The breakfast is easy and basic but delicious. There is fresh juice and good coffee. Breakfast is outside under a natural roof, which we liked a lot. The owner is fantastic. Price / value is also excellent. There is a very good restaurant nearby with a beautiful terrace and great food. We went there twice for seafood.

If you want to get around you need a car. However, we knew this when we did the booking (simple check on google maps).

Exceptional

It was really amazing, Salvatore is super helpful, supportive, friendly and a very lovely host who gave us the best time during our travel at amalfi coast. Besides Almafi, Positano (very touristic) it’s the best place to stay in the mountains, relax and enjoy the view. We will definitely come back!!!!

Superb

The view from the room makes you forget any stress but the whole "locanda" inspires peace and serenity. The owner's sympathy is an added value, that increases your wish to return there again.

Breakfast was great. The hot tub is very old and not working. Very nice view. Private beach does not belong to the house and is hard to access.

you should take the hot tub out of the description. Also the private beach is missleading.

Trip to Amalfi coast

Parking was not easy but at least possible and included.

The access to the private beach is limited so we couldn't get there when we arrived in the afternoon since we were told that it closes at around 17:30.

Beautiful and cosy place

The view is amazing. It’s really quiet. Salvatore is very nice and welcoming.

It didn’t bother us, but if you don’t want to drive too much during your holidays (especially in those narrow and winding roads), you might want to stay in a bigger town.
