A comfortable hotel in convenient location.

Good location, Gabrielle in reception was very helpful. We enjoyed our room with small courtyard and appreciated that tea/coffee making facilities and a communal fridge were available in the foyer area.

Room was relatively small with no view.

Recomendable, limpio y sencillo.

La tranquilidad, facilidad para aparcar y su situación. Muy cerca de las escaleras que suben al centro histórico. Hotel limpio, bien decorado, buen aire acondicionado y muy correcto. Recomendable.

Decepción, no lo recomiendo.

Cuando llegamos al apartamento el baño estaba sin limpiar, había restos de heces en el retrete. Nos quejamos al recepcionista y enseguida lo limpió. Me comentó que habían tenido mantenimiento y que seguro que se les había pasado limpiar el baño... dejó mucho que desear porque así me confirmó que ni la ducha ni el lavabo estaban limpios. La habitación era pequeña y hacia muchísimo calor y humedad. Del aparato de aire no se podía modificar la velocidad del ventilador ni la temperatura, solo encenderlo y apagarlo. Las almohadas eran muy finas, papel de fumar. Por el precio que nos costó estos hechos nos parecen relevantes ya que no fue barato.

Buena relación calidad precio

Hospedería pequeña con tres plantas. Buena ubicación, al lado de la puerta de entrada a la ciudad antigua. Muy cómoda la entrada y salida del alojamiento pues solo necesitas un código. La habitación era pequeña pero confortable. El baño tenía todo lo necesario para una breve estancia. Buena relación calidad precio

Pésima información, engañosa, no me pude alojar

No pude alojarme, allí no había nadie, cerrado a cal y canto, Tras diversas llamadas a los teléfonos de mi reserva, me respondieron desde Galicia, si Galicia, central de reservas o algo así, pero del teléfono de Toledo nadie.Me indicaron que hasta las 14h no venía el personal de limpieza para darme clave puerta y mi habitación.Puse reclamación en booking y me fui.

Estuve esperando con las maletas en la puerta y llamando por teléfono para que me atendiera alguien. Una cosa es hacer la entrada a las 14h y otra que no haya recepción, ni posibilidad de dejar las maletas, al entrar o salir, esto no lo dicen en la reserva. Al final telefónicamente me dijeron que hacía las 14h vendría el personal de limpieza y me daria la clave y mi habitación. INCREÍBLE. NO HAN RESPONDIDO A MI RECLAMACIÓN, PERO SE HAN COBRADO MI ESTANCIA!!!

Not worth the price.

Location was good near old town.

Beds were very hard. The air-conditioning didn't always work. It's a very old building with a few newer items so the photos look better than it is. Locked roller shutters over window so when AC didn't work we couldn't open the windows.

Beautiful relaxing hotel just outside the old town wall but within walking distance

Beautiful hotel and rooms, the location was great, just outside the old town walls but a fairly easy walk over there, we were able to park our motorcycle outside the hotel in a safe location

Very helpful, lovely staff in a super convenient hotel to the main gate of Toledo.

Traveling during Covid, meant they would not have a staffed desk 24/7. They emailed me in advance and worked around my traveling plans. I showed up before the concierge was there. They took my luggage, gave me the passcode for the front door, and when I returned late at night, my suitcases were already waiting for me in my room. The air-conditioning was good, as it was over 100 degrees when I was there. The staff was very friendly and helped me call a cab to the train station for the next leg of my travel.

There was nothing to down grade them for. Given the price and the excellent sized bed, air-conditioning, wi-fi, water pressure, and generous shower, I was extremely happy. I had all that I needed for my extremely short stay.

Perfect place to visit Toledo. Highly reccomended!

Super staff and owners. Friendly, helpfull and most of all nice. Nice rooms. Hotel in perfect position to visit the city. Easy parking in front of the Hotel. Highly reccomended!

An excellent hostel for a short break within walking distance of the castle and parks

Very pleasant room and comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but adequate.

Lovely stay

We stayed for a night but it was perfect. Well located, clean, cute and comfortable. Good value for money, would stay there again and recommend it to friends.
