Amenities like gas barbecue grills and picnic tables in a garden setting is A perfect choice for an enjoyable meal. Park your car in your own covered private parking space. This condo is gorgeous and fully stocked. Dog friendly, one small dog under 25 pounds.
Condo comes fully stocked with everything like home including beach gear the umbrella, beach chairs and beach caddy to tote your items to the beach are waiting for you.
Newly renovated with granite countertops and tangerine backsplash mosaic tiles absolutely beautiful and fully stocked kitchen.
This condo is wonderfully decorated in the beachy theme. You’ll enjoy the screened in lanai, The perfect place where you can enjoy a meal or cocktail. As you enter the condo you’ll just love The floorplan and beach decor. You get the entire condo all to yourself. A huge master bedroom with double closets. A new bathroom which includes a blow dryer, shampoo some extra toiletries and a first aid kit. The living room sofa can pull out into a queen size bed if needing extra space. Enjoy the mirrored wall in the dining room that gives the whole space an awesome sparkle and glitz.
We have all linens including beach towels and more!
Siesta Beach is located diagonally across the street with push button traffic Signal for safe crossing. like no other! Pure white baby powder sand under your feet. Siesta Beach also has many amenities to enjoy, for example: showers, bathrooms, plenty of free parking, a spectacular concession standestaurant with an awesome view of Siesta beach., Picnic tables, volleyball courts, tennis courts and more. This beach is like no other! Voted the best walking beach in the USA and the best of the best sand. You will want to come back year after year.
This condo has a heated swimming pool, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, sauna, bathrooms, outdoor shower, barbecue grills, outdoor tables, we even have our own Lagoon.

The town of SIesta key guest a great place to shop, dine, and enjoy the nightlife with plenty of outdoor live entertainment. Just roll down your windows as you pass by and listen to the live bands.
Every Sunday Siesta Beach has a drum roll Circle at 6 PM. Hundreds of People come to the drum roll circle to listen to the beat of the drums and dance the evening away while the sunsets. It’s truly an amazing experience.
Condo is loved and well maintained.
One small dog allowed with permission only. Please inquire first before booking. Pet owner must sign a waiver policy before check-in date. Dog must weigh 25 pounds or under. Dog fee is $125 per stay. Please don’t show up with your dog without permission you will be asked to leave without a refund
