Great Location, Good Facilities, Poor Management Skills and Front Office Attitude

Great location meant to for a very calm vacation.

Good location with a wonderful beach.

They didn’t have an iron in the room. If I wanted to iron any clothing I would have to pay for it. Not good.

The best place we stayed on our 6 week trip around Greece!

I was completely blown away by this resort, it exceeded my expectations! I loved everything about it - the multiple pools and bars, the gorgeous private beach with table service that always had enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone, the buffet breakfast every morning with a friendly hello from Chrysa, the staff were all so lovely and friendly. The view from our room was amazing and i love that the staff gave us a welcome fruit platter & bubbly as we were on our honeymoon.

We stayed right at the top of the hill, so to get down to breakfast or the beach there were aloooooot of stairs - fine for me but my husband had a sore knee so he struggled a bit!! Not a huge issue though.

A true priceless holiday in a wonderful setting

Complete serenity. Beach is beautiful Rooms spacious and clean. Grounds immaculately kept. Good gym. Breakfast was exceptional.

Outstanding honeymoon stay in this beautiful and tastefully designed resort.

Excellent service all round. Friendly greeting on arrival with helpful porter. Stunning suite with beautiful view. It was our honeymoon and they provided prosecco and fruit in our room, which was a lovely touch. Excellent facilities - private beach and pool. Recommend using the spa facilities - hammam, sauna etc. Delicious buffet breakfast. Our favourite elements were the pool bar at which Elena's service was outstanding - friendly and with excellent English, she also gave us complementary shots. The restaurants are outstanding - we ate at Segreto (Italian) twice and were served by Irene who was also outstanding. The Greek restaurant - Metzo - was also delicious.

We enjoyed playing tennis but the racquets were a bit tired.

I would not come back

nice location, nice view, professional staff. I was there on’y for a night so I didn’t enjoy the spa but it seemed nice.

Electricity wasn’t working when I arrived in my room, I had to wait 30minutes after 6h driving for it to be fixed. I then decided to take a shower but it was again a bad experience: the water was constantly switching from hot to cold. I woke up at 2am to unplug the fridge due to the noise it was doing. soundproofing of the room is very bad. bed not comfortable. I usually avoid resort and this is not the place that will make me change my mind.

An excellent choice for holidays

The location of the hotel and the politeness of the staff. The excellent layout of the facilities (swimming pools, bar restaurants) is also worth mentioning. Finally, the well maintained beach is an asset with considerable added value for the establishment.

The only point that got me by surprise was the extra charge for a coffee (cappuccino) different than the French/American type offered in the breakfast. I find it too miserabile for a 5* hotel.

Superb

The breakfast selection was expansive and the hotel had a private beach at the bottom of the stairs. The water was amazingly clear and the beach had waiter services to take food orders. The buildings were pretty in white and blue provided an amazing view.

When it rained, the room felt cold and the water came through the front door and made part of the room wet. Something to consider (not a negative as fully aware of this before checking in), you will require a car to get around the island and to the hotel.

What a great place

We planned to stay in Lefkada for 2 nights, but extended our stay due to the great experience in Porto Galini hotel. Many aspects of the hotel were good: - The pools are very nice, and we also had wine by them at night. - The restaurant were breakfast is served, is very nice, the staff gave us great time, and the great food gave us few extra kilos... - The private beach is beautiful, and allows FREE Kanoo / kayaks (single and double) , and SUP. - The rooms are very nice, even if not taking the highest room level. That's really a great place to stay. We came all the way from Athens, and that was justified !

We came during start of October. Lefkada is rather boring at this time, but we used the hotel environment and the great weather instead.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Also very easy to get into town on public transport - either by bus or taxi (only €10). Will definitely be back again next year

Disappointing

The breakfast was ok, and the location was good.

The room smelled awful. You can't open the windows because there are lizards outside. One morning we woke up, and there was a lizard on the wall next to our bed. It was a terrifying experience. Septic tanks were cleaned during dinner every night, and the smell was disgusting.

Friendly and relaxing resort on a lovely seafront

I had a really nice stay in this lovely hotel with amazing sea views. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. On the day of my arrival for some reason the door key card charger was not working and within minutes an electrician came to fix it. Breakfast was excellent but I would do something with all the bees buzzing around.

I would have preferred a sea-view room but unfotunatley I booked too late and there were none available. The room I had was of an unusual design in that as soon as you open the door you are faced with steps to go down into the room. I am not sure whether that could be a safety issue for some guests.

Amazing

Breakfast is 5 stars, covering all tastes … fresh orange juice and more … The view from the pool bar is great … the beer, too 😁

The pillows are not so soft for my taste … probably a pillow menu would make sense

Pleasant and relaxing stay

We enjoyed the view from the room - a very nice sunrise to welcome you each morning :) The restaurants at the hotel are really good, we especially enjoyed Segredo The hotel beach was really nice (small stones, but in my opinion special shoes are not required) - hotel offers paddleboats/ canoe with no charge The breakfast buffet was quite rich and the Covid rules were well respected Very nice staff - accommodating (with small exceptions)

The hotel rooms furniture seems to be quite old and not too well maintained Pool towels can be changed only between 10am-11am and 6pm-7pm (if I recall correctly) Not necessarily a bad point, but bear in mind there are quite a lot of stairs to go up and down each day (to beach/restaurants)
