Overall good stay at Jinling hotel

Stayed 6 nights in 2 different rooms, hotel staff were very helpful and provided great services. Laundry service is fast. Gym is well equipped. And location is right in city center.

In 1 of the rooms i stayed, i felt that the water pressure from the shower hose was not strong enough.

酒店的服务员非常热情，门口负责开门的小哥哥还贴心的教我们如何使用支付宝坐地铁。客房部的两个姐姐看我们喝水多每天在房间里也会多放一些水。酒店的位置很不错，马路对面就是商场，出门就有地铁口，这对于打车非常费劲的新街口地区非常方便。酒店的景观也很不错。

Location, cleanest, comfort of facilities inside the room.

Door to the bathroom can not be closed. Air condition doesn’t reduce humidity.

Perfect stay

Beautiful interior decorations, super helpful staff that helped us with our luggage when we arrived and departed, as well as being very close to the metro and underground food courts/malls nearby

great location and nice view

It’s just in the city center of Nanjing, you’v got all the fancy shopping malls nearby. With the metro, you can go to anywhere in Nanjing and easily. It has two towers, we stayed at the older and lower one. But still we were high up and got a great view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money.

The decor in the bathroom is a bit dated, but it’s still clean and works perfectly.

Lovely central hotel

The hotel is great value for money. The room was comfy, we loved the pool and the breakfast buffet was good. The location is great - it is very central and all of our sightseeing locations were close by.

The hotel is in a very central location - but it is surrounded by huge shopping malls - this not be to everyone’s taste. The hotel decor is a little dated in places.

Superb

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which has a fantastic central location, walkable to malls, shops, restaurants, and very close to Xienjiekou Metro on Line 2 (Red). The staff were accommodating in making my stay enjoyable. The concierge helped me order a Didi (taxi) to a place far away from the city centre on two occasions, as the location/address was not clear on the map. I have lived and worked in other cities in China and found it much easier to navigate. Some areas of Nanjing have a name but not a specific street address. I did not eat at the hotel as my booking did not include this, and the charge was RMB193 per day, which seemed expensive, although it is a 5-star establishment and may have been worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size with a view of the main shopping areas and mountains in the distance. Jinling has great facilities, including a pool, yoga room, gym, snooker room, hair salon and table tennis room. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend Jinling to visitors to Nanjing.

Good hotel, quiet room, amazing location

Amazing location, right in the center and right outside the metro station. This hotel is very big and busy, but the rooms are very quiet, which is really nice. The room is very comfortable and clean but the appliances are slightly old.

Very old and dirty hotel

Location

Breakfast is very expensive (196rmb) but it doesn’t worth it and it’s very very small. The hotel is old and dirty. The room was full os stains and the bathroom was incredibly old and smelly. The pool was nice, but we asked if we needed a swimming hat and they said no in the reception, and then, in the swimming pool they said we couldn’t use it without a swimming hat, and we had to pay for it (we could brought our own hats from home). The food wasn’t good despite the food in Nanjing is great.

Overall it was a super pleasant stay, we extended our room for one extra night!

Location was amazing, easy to get around the city. Didn't have breakfast so no comment on that. Room was good size with a good view.

AC in the room was quite loud, toilet flushing took a bit longer to operate every time.

Stay in the center of the city and enjoy!

Basically I got nothing to complain about. When you are in the center of the city of Nanjing, you don’t have to try to find Jinling Hotel - it finds you. It’s also a kind of landmark at Xinjiekou so no worries at all if you are new to the city and not very good at finding your way. Hotel itself is superb too - friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed with a very nice view.

I understand that a few floors have been undertaking refurbishment and noises may come up. If you are basically out in the day then I guess it won’t be that much of a big problem.
